- Happy Valentine's Day! Today, I combined a quintessential Valentine's dessert, creme brulee, and combined it with one of my favorite things, mac and cheese! The dish is mostly salty, no sugar in the mac and cheese, topped with more cheese and baked, then topped with sugar and torched!
I'm still working on the recipe, and will def be including in my mac and cheese cookbook! So, keep an eye out for that later this year!!

Can you try to post more recipes? Especially if you do a soup! I have a paralyzed tummy and twisted intestines, so I can't eat very much but when I do it has to be liquified, pureed, softened, etc. Unfortunately, everything makes me sick (no matter what it is) but I still try my best to enjoy a little... even a bit of vino/champagne too, lol! Great video as always! Pro Tip: fold your butter wrappers and save them in the freezer. Great to grease your pans with! Also: I’ll bet the nuttiness of Swiss / Emmentaler would pair well with the sweetness. Regardless, you’re out there doing it and I am not!
