    The guy on the Vmax is just itching for a head-on collision.

    Dang, that guy on the Vmax can't ride and is flat out dangerous. I'd stay far away from that dude before he hurts someone. I think he needs to go back to a small bike and start learning from the basics.

    Gahhhh, I’m all over the road! If the roads were swept and I had gear on I’d be a lot more brave in those corners! Sweet video nonetheless!

    Nice one 👍 the Vmax cornering was a Bit Off but I assume you know the Road 😅

      Thanks man, a lot of these roads my friends haven’t ridden at all. I would be taking it easy on these roads as well if I didn’t know them.

    Was just watching Chase on two wheels video on the mt07 vs the trident and he threw a little clip of you busting a wheelie. I was like wait I recognize that bike. Sick bro.

    "slaying"

  • @OtterMachine

    I noticed some corners were a bit sketch (especially with stuff in the road). If you wanna feel safer taking those corners, then learn to do some body position. Seriously not trying to patronize you @ShakeNBlake but yeah body position isn't for showing off. If you lean your head and upper body into the corner, and have about half a butt cheek off your seat in a corner, your bike does less work, leans less and that means your cornering is safer. Check out MotoJitsu if you wanna learn more about it. Seriously, it can save your life. You don't need to ride a sportsbike to do body position, it works with any type of bike.

    Tbh 80ish HP is MORE than enough for on the road. I ride an 11hp cbf125 cant wait for my a2 license. But id probably rather pull everything out of an 80hp bike than not being able to rip the 180hp bike open.
    Just my opinion

    • @ShakeNBlake509
      @ShakeNBlake509  3 роки тому +1

      I agree. That’s why I got rid of all the bikes I had over 100hp.

    You should teach your friend how to ride if he is your friend

  • @AntaresSQ01
    @AntaresSQ01 3 роки тому +13

    "Slaying" is a bit of an exaggeration... Get some gear and practice cornering, don't let your ego drag you into shit situations when out with friends. You still be safe whilst having fun.

    • @ShakeNBlake509

      I have plenty of gear, I chose not to wear it. I know the consequences and the risk was worth it for me.
      If you think you can ride better than me, then show me.

    • @AntaresSQ01
      @AntaresSQ01 3 роки тому +11

      @@ShakeNBlake509 Look, this exactly what I'm talking about. "If you think you can ride better than me, show me". I don't care how well you ride as long as you don't exceed your limits, if you want to exceed your current skill level then practice and get better so you can continue to stay in your limits. As for gear, it is entirely personal if and how much gear you wear but asphalt doesn't care if it's 60 or a 100 degrees outside. It'll grind you to your bones regardless. I appreciate you can wheelie and have good mechanical understanding of your bike but if you're going "Oh shit" or "ooooooh" at any point in your rides you've exceeded your limits, just keep that in mind and ride safe.

      @@AntaresSQ01 this is actually one of the most respectable comments I’ve gotten in a long time. 99% of the internet tries to tell me everything I do wrong and how much I suck and I figured this was the same thing. Thanks for putting me in my place, I’ve never said that before in the comment section. My comment was what a punk kid would say because most people on the people who comment are punk kids who think they are Valentino Rossi.
      I completely agree with you my friend. Apologies for my arrogance.

    • @AntaresSQ01
      @AntaresSQ01 3 роки тому +6

      @@ShakeNBlake509 I appreciate and respect that you understand. I'm not gonna tell you how to ride, I'm not Rossi either and I accept that fact. One thing if you haven't already done though, I recommend doing the MT-07 fork mod:
      ua-cam.com/video/s91qcAXWKpI/v-deo.html&t
      ua-cam.com/video/X-uiiksWsOs/v-deo.html&ab_channel=DaveMossTuning
      This will stop the front end from wobbling and bouncing in corners and will give you a lot more confidence to commit to the turn even if you hit an unexpected bump.
      It's a very cheap mod, you can pick up a spare set of spacers if you're worried about messing up or want to be able to revert it, save for that you only need to spend like 10-15 bucks on fork oil and a couple hours of your time.
      Good luck, have fun and ride safe! 👍
