    its a 2 cylinder 700 lets not talk like its some beast of a bike like a gsxr 750 lmfao... yes it's a bit torquey but it's no "beast" like you make it sound lmfao

      Why dont you come a ride it for yourself, GSXR are only beast at high RPM, but they are hush puppies at idle.

    Thanks for the tips👍🏻 This is one of the better tutorials I’ve seen! How do you keep the bike from leaning over left or right and tyre pressure?

    • @wheelieluke3469
      @wheelieluke3469  2 роки тому +1

      I run my tyre pressure around 1.4 bar, does help to make the bike more stable. The other thing that helps a lot is your body weight. Counter the bike, bike goes left you go right. The more you practice the easier it will become. But don't worry I will explain in my next video.

    on my ninja 650 i have to rev hard like 3/4 of throttle fast to get the tire higher than 1 foot and my front tire keeps turning left, landing is hard

      drop the rear tyre pressure slightly will help a tone to balance the bike. Also on your bike try and do it slow because your bike has torque so therefore it should come up easy.

    Correct me if I'm wrong because I think this might be something that is never mentioned. Either that or my bike is weird. When you pull the clutch, you disengage the throttle and then engage it again while or before releasing the clutch right?
    Because I tried pulling the clutch without disengaging the throttle and the clutch just never disengaged, the lever is pulled but nothing happens, it felt stuck.
    On a side note, seeing how easy your front came up here, I'm glad mine never did. Because at one point I was so frustrated that it wasn't coming, I ended up being in 1st gear around 8k 9k rpm trying to clutch up.

      Well my first question to you is, what bike are you riding? As a lot of the new bikes have a anti-wheel or traction control function. From what you explained thats what it sounds like or your bike doesnt have enough power to lift the bike at the speeds you are going in first gear.
      Hope this helps. let me know what bike you got and I should be able to help you get her on one wheel.

    do you bounce the bike, how do you mix bouncing with clutch up

    • @wheelieluke3469
      @wheelieluke3469  9 місяців тому +1

      Yes I do bounce the front end and I would suggest on your bike. Trying 2nd gear, would help with a bit more torque.

      2nd gear on my bike(ninja 650) seems almost impossible. have you ever wheelied a ninja 650 and wouldn't first ear have more torque than second@@wheelieluke3469

    Hey bro. So I’m I right in saying. You keep the throttle constant while using clutch and footbrake to do everything else? Cheers

    • @wheelieluke3469
      @wheelieluke3469  Рік тому

      No that is far from the truth. The throttle, brake and clutch work in harmony. Simple way to look at it is, throttle to get back to balance point and brake if you go to far back out of balance point.

    Yeah ive watched every tutorial on youtube and this is best detailed one ive seen so far, im learning on an mt09 and am at this stage of trying to get the perfect back and forth motion with brake then throttle, having trouble with swerving left alot though? Final question is where did you get stuntcage and bar for back😁thanks and keep up the great vids!

    • @wheelieluke3469
      @wheelieluke3469  2 роки тому

      Howsit James thank you for the great feedback. On the mt-09 I would say try and stunt that bike in rain mode. The bike is a lot smoother. As for the bike pulling to the one side is your back tyre is worn at a angle and also try and run lower tyre pressure as that will make the bike more stable. As for the cage myself and a friend of mine built mine over 3 weekends

    • @dano7480
      @dano7480 Рік тому +1

      I'm currently learning on the MT09 but not sure what year yours is but my 2021 has lift control but not sure I trust it because it not supposed to get higher than a 45 degree angle and my bike feels like it will loop very easily 💯. There is test on the lift control on UA-cam videos but they are letting out of the throttle also. Rain mode really kills it. Hopefully you are getting better doing wheelies!

      You need to build more RPM and try in second gear.

      I have changed the fork oil to 20w50 engine oil to make the front end stiffer, but I am still running the stock shock when i made this video.
