Jp!! Missed you. Hope all is well. Am I seeing cookie cutters? Nice open entry and concept. Beautiful inviting dining and kitchen. Nice pantry and drop zone to the garage. Lovely powder room. Guest home with outdoor access. It just needs a I guess an electric counter cooktop. The ones in Florida, stoves not allowed, but they do have washer and dryers. Bed and bath. Amazing. Pretty much a one bed apt. Backyard is amazing. Love the seating. More seating and the kitchen with counter seating. Fantastic. The ice pocket on the counter is awesome. Unique. Primary is lovely. Massive is right. Yes. Like the sectioned wooden panels. Ohhh. The closet is a Nordstrom showroom. Love it. Yes Jp. This entire home is light and bright. Love it. Amazing en-suite. Shower for 8🤣. Love the flex living area, laundry with sink cabinetry and counter. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely home. Thanks so much and see you next video.

I loved the video, the house was designed by an architect who thought of all the details in providing a room with everything necessary and also that it can be converted into an income. Everything was well thought out when designing the house.
i always like looking at these beautiful mansion tours but it’s just so crazy to me the bedrooms are so small 😭 sometimes they waste too much space in these
Why does the thermostat have to be locked? Is energy bill that high in that property? If so, why don't the invest in solar shingles from Tesla and also provide backup power.
These properties have gotten smaller while they have more than doubled in price over the past year. Might make sense to buy and sell as an investment, buy now and sell it in a year.
