He doesn’t tell u that the yard probably costs around 750K or more. the indoor bar and all the special features are upgrades. You probably end up at over 3million dollars by the time you are done. Oh- that doesn’t include furniture, decorating and window coverings. Maybe 3 and a half million dollars total. Toll Brothers builds the model home to inspire. But what they give you is a poorly built home with many issues. I’m speaking from experience.

I think this house price it's very cheap anyways. If you get a house with all forniture all the cost, design and work is inputed in the price.. nothing comes for free lol I would rather pay for the design myself choosing the forniture and best material instead of paying for something already made by other people's taste
Hey Jp. The preview looks amazing. Beautiful wide entry with a stunning view. Great the office can be closed off. The layout of the living/dining/bar and kitchen is perfect. Love that the bar and kitchen island have the same countertop. Unique cabinet color. Yesss. The kids can do homework in that rear room. Spacious powder room. Spacious guest bedroom with en-suite and walk-in closet. Outdoor space is stunning. Nice hangout living space at the top of the stairs. The primary is so cozy. Lovely balcony and love how the balcony fireplace and the accent wall behind the bed matches. The en-suite is amazing closet included; and love the direct access to the laundry room is right there. All the bedrooms and en-suites spacious and lovely. The staging is fantastic. Makes such a difference. Great home Jp. Thanks so much and see you next video.
