Hi to you brave souls in the description, the ghost town that it is.
This video is very much just my emotional response to seeing Speggi's 'The Truth' video. I'm not a commentator and I'm a very dumb human person so please just take my video as it is, a dumb human person's personal opinion.
I hope that this video inspired some good feels and reflection for people that might have been evil gremlin people in their youth like I was.

Yeah she live streams once a week and just redraws old stuff or chat's OCs. She purged all her shit tho only kept like 5 things shes proud of of back then. Her new shit is good just really depressing ya can tell shes going through alot due to all the trauma yt gave her plus her mental ill.
I'm in her discord and as far as I see, she mainly just streams but I don't really tune in much

The way commentators would mock her weight to prove she's lying about 'doing better' was always so gross to me. Especially after finding out she had an eating disorder throughout the 'drama'.

I feel like she should have kept ignoring the critics. They just liked bullying people. They still do.
As an 18 year old with BPD, let me tell you it is SO EASY to go down the "its not me, its my disorder" mentality. BPD is an extremely painful disorder, and it can make it seem like admitting any sort of accountability is like putting a neon sign saying "im a terrible human being", when it really isn't. When I first found out I had BPD I had that exact mentality, and it did so much damage to my relationships and myself. I put no effort into bettering myself because I just thought "it's my disorder, I can't do anything about it." When in reality you DO have control over your own actions, it's just significantly harder to do so.

Nothing really happened, I just moved channel content over here to free up the art channel for art.
Your comment of people knowing if you're trying or not is very true. I'm autistic and when I get upset over something I can't always explain it. I play DnD and my DM is very good working out with me why something made me upset in game (example was he used my character's backstory in a way that was not what I had intended and it made me upset)

This upload did not age well... I especially need to point out the art teacher thing.... Uh... Nooooo. I don't remember much about the video outside of. "Teacher refuse to teach me thing I especially came to learn." I too would be very unhappy. I to have my own very strong distaste of teachers in my experience. I know its joked and made light of in shows. But I rarely got a teacher who would go out of their way to leave a good impression. Being someone who tends to be alone. There was one thing I learned in the whole system.
No teacher cares about you.
The school system does hate you.
And the administration doesn't care if you succeed.
I'm know I'm anecdotal but people need to remember. The school system we know of has only managed to hurt more, and more people. I'm one of countless bullying victims, and where the system visibly failed. And to put it lightly. I don't think I will ever recover from that. But speggie... Is that how you spell it? Has had an experience people think shouldn't be an issue. When not true, and then youtube happened. I can also point out a couple other reasons why this video did not age well at all. But I had the biggest bone to pick with the teacher one.
Actually before Quinn Quirio. I believe I commented on a jar video who criticized speggie's teacher video. And was like. "Yo no. You people are legit bullies here." Objectively my butt. I literally have the Time to know why this point is wrong.
Also those daftpina and Creepshow art points. Oooooooo. The latter is hindsight surely. But the former... Ow.

Of course there will be rotten eggs but if you make an effort to show your interest in the subject and suck up a little they will learn to care about you. You just need to hold up your end, do your work, be polite, and go beyond just the basic requirements. This is rule no. 1 in positive manipulation.
Also getting friendly with teachers will make them waaay more likely to come to bat for you if you confide in them that you are being bullied.

as someone who has close friends with those who have BPD, I do not appreciate your depiction of concern for her flippant nature towards that. I feel like someone realizing all their struggle was to do with some neurodivergent disorder, it's relieving and helpful. Not a bad thing nor something you, as someone without it, should be concerned about it. If she's still an asshole blaming all her shit on mental illness, then so be it. But please do not discredit the validation of how much disorders can affect you. I do not think its a point you should be making.
