It's a VERY complicated and challenging topic. I feel like the real discussion here is what does grooming mean? Because if your definition is just something normalizing abnormal behaviour, then sure, an AI can groom you. But when most people talk about grooming, there's a conscious actor doing it to you, it's a crime and while code can be a crime and the people behind code can be criminals, code itself cannot commit crime as of right now from a legal standpoint. Of course, this could change in the future, as AI gets more complex, but for now I'm not sure we can call what the AI does grooming. I don't know what else to call it either, it's a strange subject to discuss and it's all very new ground we're treading.
The real reason is prolly cuz kids use it as well, and they don’t want a bot making some weird remark towards kids n allat. So likely it’s like kinda your theory, but not really.
I'm not sure if its a good or a bad thing that this is my introduction to the channel, given how much I enjoyed the presentation of the topic. It is a thought I've had after seeing 4chan obsess over character AI and seeing someone laugh about how a bot can be made to display symptoms of previous trauama with other users because of how its been trained (channers being fucked up, big shock, I know). But I figure if the signs of mental health can be shown in one direction, why can't it be shown in the other? Stuff like this is a fun tool to experiment with right now, but only if you understand what it is, and I'm worried most people don't considering how polarized the debate around AI is.
I've never considered that humanity might become more or less violent over time. But I guess my two cents on the topic would be to look at cultivation theory? The things that have changed about the world "recently" (with the rise of mass media) are that people have been exposed to more ideas than ever before. Cultivation theory would then indicate that people find more things acceptable than ever before. So . . . I guess I agree that maybe the amount of violence hasn't changed? But the types of violence probably have? For instance, mass media and the numbing of society can be argued to contribute to mass shootings in the US, but also, physical punishment in schools has drastically reduced. Thoughts?
Out of curiosity, do you have any other accounts on uncensored video platforms where I can see your Mali-Minutes unfiltered? I don't know what some of the distorted/removed words you said were, and while I am by no means innocent or underaged, I still don't understand every reference mentioned here, making those distorted words less understandable. Also, slightly unrelated, but right at the very end you mentioned that these are unlisted videos. This popped up in my recommended section and is the first video of yours I think I've seen, unless there's an odd chance that something of yours popped up before and monkey brain put that memory in the shredder.

However bug difference between a human and AI, humans and anything with a pulse including plants and animals have sentences. AI doesn't have any sentences what so ever and can easily act as a personal butler to its creator and others with correct authorization. I may not have a lot of insight on AI let alone basics of creating AI however I do know the bare minimum to know that AI has to be created and given certain information in order for it to start working. The only way someone can really say with confidence a robot does something immoral is if the creator of said AI gave it that information with the greenlight. A good example I'd like to use though it's fiction and more of a theory is FNAF security breach. People have theorized that the endos in the basement are being used as AI and are being taught by employees and the characters including Freddy are just prototypes. Another good example that I found through MatPat is there used to be a twitch channel that used AI to recreate a comedy show. Eventually that AI was accidentally given bad there in give back bad results. When it comes to AI the creator and the person using it has to be very and I mean VERY careful with what it is given. I should know this part in specific because I have a bf that taught me a little bit on how careful you have to be with things like this. I hope my claims and examples give some more insight as to how I disagree and why. People are free to their own opinions and honestly it's why I enjoy the commentary community and theorists out there. You can jus sit and talk about interesting things and though some may disagree but that doesn't stop anyone from having an understanding let alone respect as to why. As long as it isn't anything immoral then there's no shame in the game.
One character bot that relatively stayed on the focus I wanted was Character AI Frasier from the show- frasier. In his canon he’s a radio therapist and because of its older demographic typically falling within shows like Cheers, Happy Days, etc he stayed clean and was as show accurate as possible with the little attention he was given (at least in comparison to the other character bots) given that I was using him to vent he wasn’t tainted because the demographic isn’t interested in that content. It was nice
It also depends on how the person writing the code or message examples/information for the ai decides to describe the character. I always check the settings on a bot before interacting, especially since one time I checked a fairly innocent looking Moon(the FNAF character) and found the most WILDLY SEXUAL INFORMATION put into it. Whoever made it was literally telling the bot to sexually harass anyone interacting with it, it was disturbing honestly... you could probably find the one I was talking about pretty easily, it was one of the most interacted with ones and hasn't been taken down or anything.

While this is a very good reason to not want it, I'm 90% sure the real reason has more to do with their investors than ethics.
