Got a 55 F 100project and 460 but life gets in way sometimes . Great job ,will be watching .
Yeah I hear you there. And that’s awesome, best of luck on your build. 👍
The scen at 438 where she's looking at the camera and you're looking in through the window cracked me up
Haha yeah I was watching back the videos and I had to throw that part in there.
This is so cool bro
Thank you! It’s coming together. Some days I never thought it would 😂
What are your plans for the fuel fill neck ?
I’m going to cut my current fuel neck, get rubber hose so I can shorten my current fill and have it come out of the bed floor.
What did you cut out of wiring? I removed elect windows, door locks and airbag system. Runs great but no OBD port connection or gauge cluster function. Any ideas ? 67 international vic swap.
I removed all passenger side wiring, all radio and hvac wiring in the center of the dash, all wiring that goes to the steering column connection( ignition wiring were spliced down to 3 wires) headlight switch wiring, brake lights, interior lights, kept brake pedal and throttle pedal wiring, I haven’t removed any cluster or obd wires, I removed hvac wires from engine side of harness, I didn’t keep that many wires compared to what it was.
I have a wire diagram book and it break it down where every wire is laid out in the crown Vic, I can share that in a video with what I removed and I can share the obd port wiring along with cluster wiring if needed. It is 09 specific so depending on your year wires might have changed. But my first thought for those not working would be ground missed. I have ran in to a few missing ground issues for little to big things not working.
@@IronSlugs_garage thanks so much for responding. I'm getting a book for 08 crn vic p71. Will look into grounding. One thing I found was 12v port/cigarette lighter needed to be plugged into harness for gas gauge to work. Thx again. Love your channel
@@jeffbrook6054 thank you, I appreciate that. Any where I can help, I’m happy to.
My fuel gauge works and I removed my cigarette lighter.
I would send a few photos of project but don't know how. Lol not tec smart.
@@jeffbrook6054 facebook.com/adin.matthew.9?mibextid=rS40aB7S9Ucbxw6v I’m not real tech savvy either. Maybe this link will work. I have a Facebook created, simply for marketplace purposes but if you want to share photos through messenger there. Feel free!
What wire gauge did you use ?
I can’t find my old Amazon purchase but I just browsed and I think it was this 4 gauge wire kit they sold.
