Sakurai abandonned Kirby long ago, the last main game he worked on was super star ultra (and not any of the dark matter trilogy).

The reason why is simple, the remaining 19% is because you need all of leongar’s soul fragment, and also beat all treasure roads, which is for 10%, as waddle dees do not count, cause they don’t give you a figure, but are needed for the town to reach basically max level and thus give you access to the minigames, and you need all upgraded copy abilities for the remaining 9%.
I mean, Kirby games are kinda designed to be able to be beaten without copy abilities apart from a few puzzle sections in some games, the idea is so that the player doesn't get softlocked if they lose their copy ability from damage and can't get it back or somehow end up with the wrong ability for that particular part of the game.

technically copy abilities and mouthful mode are different on the wiki, so you didn't had to strugle the first video
Yeah I’m aware! I said in the first video that I didn’t want to overuse mouthful mode because it felt like a cop out for the challenge
Hearing someone say they have trouble to do bosses with no ability when you're doing no ability, no block, no dodge true arena is painful.

Did you ever do the Gotcha colectables? Cause that definitely boost your percentage to the 90s. Also, maxing out every copy ability gives you figure.
Yeah he got em all! Spent a long time on those machines but I didn't include it LOL also he decided not to upgrade the copy abilities for those gachas cuz doing so would equip kirb with the copy ability for every upgrade, which kinda breaks the rules
