I feel like this was only the proto version of what could be a series. I think it would be better if instead of taking the gambling angle, it took a more "kitchen nightmares" vibe with linus coming in and buying everything and then helping them get stocked up with anything modern they would need or come up with systems that avoid that kind of thing happening again, like selling stuff at a discount or listing them on ebay after they hit a certain date past it's manufacturing. Although it wouldn't be like ltt to do the same thing over and over, I think there are plenty of ways to evolve the same idea of helping a small tech store.

This is giving me flashbacks of being 17 while working at a PC Club for minimum wage. Corporate would occasionally push products on us that we had no hope of selling. Sometimes we would build up a demo machine using oddware parts that have been on the shelf for years. One of the better ones was a socket-423 system with a 2 GHz Pentium 4 with RAMBUS memory, in a $400 case that was a powder coated monstrosity with large perforated panels. Best day on the job was the day someone actually wanted to buy the weird TV tuner card we had on the shelf for years. It was some weird security thing from someone like VisionTek or Hauppage (one of the higher end AV trash brands.)

Regarding the *random* sign merch, because of customs (like in Argentina for example) it would be nice to have a way of knowing what it is before its shipped to declare the item category in customs. if i get a cable thats no issue but a graphics card or monitor is never getting through. And never for 25 dollars, if the price is too low the figure is to avoid taxes. Here you are obligated to tell what is the item category and the price in order to get what you bought, otherwise you lost it.
