Hello sir, I have a question regarding growth. I have barely gained any weight, but have gotten taller. I went from 153-176 but it’s only all muscle that I did gain. Would I gain weight after my sophomore year? I’m 16 and 6’2.
If you’re 176 at 6’2 I would try to get to 200lbs or as close as you can without losing speed. That’s just my recommendation. But in college they put a lot of weight on you

It use to be my elbow now it’s my shoulder
tried doing what you suggested doing in terms of using your lower body strength properly and can feel way less stress on my shoulder
