Great message. I run into a lit of people whose truths didn't line up with mine. I used to try to change them until someone tried to change me and it pissed me off. So now I let people do them. If it helps them sleep at night, so be it.
I get overwhelmed easily sometimes when I have a lot of things to do, even though I write stuff down. Most of the time, I take notes or make to-do lists to help me sort things out, yet it can be hard to do all of them. But I’ve learned that sometimes, it’s best to take things one step at a time, and that every cloud has a silver lining. Things that help keep me happy and positive are: movies, art, music, taking walks, and finding great inspirational quotes to help me through life It’s great that you uploaded another video - thank you Judith! You did a wonderful job in all the Halloweentown movies - they are some of my favorites growing up!
Small steps taken over time are often more significant than taking massive action which generally keeps us overwhelmed. Sounds like you’re doing great - Keep up the good work!❤️

I always find ways to up lift myself, especially when ar work because it keeps me so busy that I forget a lot of things, I also break rules sometimes as well and usually get in trouble but its worth breaking the rules, there's one person at my work who doesn't agree with everything I do, in fact I got in trouble on Friday for something that I did not do. But you are the best person ever. You do you Judith. That's what I do. ❤

I actually had the complete opposite problem to you Judith. I have grown up with strict parents and my school was strict so I always follow the rules. It didn't make me a very popular person but I didn't want a bad reputation since I struggled in classes. The biggest problem I have with my days now is organisation and keeping focused for deadlines which is unfortunately an issue due to my autism. By the way great video!
The way to create organization and staying on task is with baby steps! You can do it no matter where you are in life but you gotta do with your own values - progress for you looks different than progress with your neighbor or cousin or co-worker. There’s a great book by James Clear called “Atomic Habits” that you might love. If you’re not a reader it’s also available on Audible. ❤️

Its funny you mention that you're a rule breaker I am myself as well. I've never been good with authority. I like to do things my own way. Be my own boss if that makes sense. I do agree on them not teaching palmer method or shop class anymore its a shame. I wish they still did. I've been de platformed from FB, and insta for what I do, and say.
