First of all: Get well soon my friend! I had covid last summer and it was very challenging! Finally early Cov-Care Protocals are surfacing (ya gotta dig to find them) and there’s a whole cocktail of things you can do to feel better sooner. It definitely hits the lungs so no deep breaths for now for sure! Illness is our teacher. And this is a massive time for us individually (and collectively) to face ourselves. Or at least those willing to try. It’s a huge time of expansion! And our egos are not down with it at all! Until we become the master of ourselves and they can relax into becoming our faithful servants instead of our masters. Albert Einstein said, "The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift." What a wonderful revelation, no? Not ready to leave the body and still having work to do? Absolutely! It’s all souls on deck as we make this shift! I heard this recently and I love it: “I didn’t come to fight a war, I came to shift an age” That just clarified so much for me.
