If you have love for each other and worked on yourselves , had deep conversations about what the problems were, along with prayer, forgiven each other and feel you have a 2nd chance to make it right, go back! Some 2nd chances have lasted .
Idk I’ve heard some testimonies where there was a break up, they fixed themselves, they came back together and now they’re living how God has called them to live.

I feel like this is what I’m going thru right now, I’m 24. Knew this girl for 13 years since middle school, we always loved eachother, dated for 6 years, but I was young & dumb & we kept going in the same circles thru our adulthood. 0:02 My ex is now in another relationship & even tho she still wanted me in her life I told her I can’t do it bc she can’t show up for me the same way I can for her anymore. I I feel God has started working on me to reunite us at some point. This process started @ 23 last year in November & it’s been hard
I am going though this right now. It's amazing... Nobody has ever given me what she has. We didn't work.... 8 years apart. Been through a lot in our separate lives... But realized that nothing or nobody could feel the spaces that she did. We both been working on ourselves, healing are chocolate traumas understanding ourselves and doing it all through faith and God. We have recently reconnected and guarded our centerpiece.... A 48 years old for the first time in my life I can see my future . Not living day to day anymore.... I put in the work and so has she and now we are stronger than ever and we both know that we want to work it out. I'm so excited. 🙏🏽!!! God is good

D reason why most pple find it hard to get over their ex is becos most of these relationships involved sexual and soul ties which are so damnnn difficult to break..God who destined sex for marriage was smarter than us but we humans would rather have our own principles and our own truths....this is especially for ladies who are entangled with deadbeat and no good men but somehow still cant seem to break out of the toxic cycle....first thing is to repair ur relationship with God and then he will give u clarity...❤

I've heard people say regarding past relationships. Remember why you left, chances are not much has changed.
And this is EXACTLY why I’ve been taking the past 2 years in therapy to learn and love myself after my last relationship. My relationship with GOD is the reason why I have peace with being single and I’m fine with waiting for the right one. I’ve noticed that I attract different men when I work on my healing. I’m not sure why, but it feels like in these times people are obsessed with relationships! Focus on self-love and learn to love yourself. Learn to be comfortable with yourself. Not dating, not having sex, and the right person will come I promise.
Yea everyone seems so codependent and the social media posts they buy into doesn't help. Also pastors always preach on the "spouse coming" never to just be whole and content living in your purpose which could mean community NOT marriage.

I've been working on my trauma so long and finally watched this after months of having it saved. Thank you God for confirmation. I'm so proud of myself and the work done and still in progress. I am now able to speak up instead of being the "NOTHING IS WRONG" type of partner. The work is uncomfortable at times, but darkness is even more uncomfortable as a Child of Light.

I think we also need to add to the message that yes God does give us the desires of our hearts IF they align with him. Now that may not happen when you want it or it may not happen. I think we just need to be in a place to accept his plan. I’m learning this myself. Do think in abundance in all aspects, also learning for myself. Not to discourage anyone but we just have to accept realities sometimes.

I had to break up with my girlfriend of 5 years because of I had to realize her happiness mattered more than me being comfortable. Our relationship was just built on being adults living with their parents that had little to no responsibility. But as I started to approach 30 and she started dropping hints at marriage and a family I started to see that I wasn’t the man financially and mentally to give her that so I had to let her go, we haven’t talked in a few months and I won’t lie it hurts . I spent the night with a woman recently and in all honesty it didn’t feel right at all . Idk where our lives might go in the meantime, I know she’s moved on and that hurts but I’m happy for her and who knows when and if the opportunity comes maybe we can try a second go at it and this time we’ll both be ready .

Honestly. Good dictates. Leaning on our own understanding of things leads to further confusion.
Men do not be triggered in a negative way. Listen give yourself time & treat them the way they are asking to be treated. Protect yourself at all cost. If your person does come back & truely apologies & gives corrective behavior then give it a try. They are primarily saying dont go back because it has an intended aim at men & they know its a draw for the women (click bait). Protect yourself at all cost.

Hey Tim Ross, I recently broke up with my girlfriend because of fear. I feared to be real with her in difficult moments. I feared letting her know how my childhood affected why I struggled with my ability to communicate certain things with her. To give context it was my first relationship. I didn't take advantage of the wisdom of the people in my life to overcome that fear and led me to make a rash decision. But, this time apart from her allowed God to show me where I fell short, and what I need to do to grow. And gratefully, I've been taking steps to change, though there is still more work to do
I just wanted your opinion about trying to restore the relationship because I have this desire for her to know the better me, if that sounds right . If so, advice while waiting for the relationship to be restored. But, if not, advice on letting the relationship go.
It will take a great deal of emotional maturity from both to agree on conflict resolutions, where it all went wrong, how are things going to be different etc etc but there are some things that you can't come back from in a break up depending on your boundaries, going back can work for some people and it can work out great but for others it could be worse than the first time so just have to know the other person wants to work our the relationship as much as you and pour into each other in the best way possible

I’m trying to but I think I’m so afraid f being alone so I try with him. He doesn’t take accountability I feel like I’m changing and he’s not. He always makes excuses why not answering his phone and I feel like leftovers . He will wait all day sometimes 24 hours almost to call or text 😂. Then makes elaborate excuses. I think he has another woman I’m not sure . I was almost tempted to look at his phone but didn’t
