Just did my first version and it's the best palm I've ever done. Not perfect yet, but will be next time. I was using cheap paint (the light green/yellow strokes barely register), but will use my Liquitex Basics next time. Thanks for making my day, Cinnamon!

This is great! I have a question though. Do you let your layers of palm leaves dry before adding the highlight. I ended up with a muddy mess on mine.
Mine was drying really fast so while I was not hairdrying bewteen layers you may want to do that with yours. In the next series after the fans I will make a point of adding that to the info. THANK YOU for letting me know what your experience is so these can get better and better
