- This is a step by step acrylic painting tutorial of Palm Trees. Grab your supplies and join me as I walk you through the process and teach you how to mix all of your own colors using only the 3 primaries plus black and white.

I absolutely love that you zoom in on what you're working on! Your work is amazing n thank you for sharing your beautiful talent! I haven't been painting long in oils, just under a year, due to a condition I have chiari malformation. I can no longer be active like I have been my whole life. I'm staying positive n thanking God I discovered my hidden talent. Just started my UA-cam but I'll get there! Baby steps right?! 🤗❤

What an artist's mind sees that others do not is so God given! My husband is great at drawing but when I try it, it's beyond pathetic! However, I love mixing colors and doing designs that are more abstract. I don't live in Florida-YET but this painting surely brings me there!

Thank you so much, this was a first time request from someone to do a beach scene with palm trees and I had a pretty good idea of how to do them but after watching your video I'm much more confident at moving forward as you do layers upon layers very much like I do. I'm excited to do them now and not as intimidated by it. I will for sure follow you for other ideas in the future.

thanks for showing this ,,the blue is so beautiful and now i can make a cloud with flat brush ,with approval here,,,,which ive been trying to find,,ur angle and perspective is awesome!thanks again,,im doing alot of tropical and tending to minimize my piece ,,i will use a huge brush now and see if i can recreate urs, with a few changes of course,,i never like to copy exactly,,thanks for great tutorial

Thank you so much for this easy to follow and understand video! I made this over the summer when I decided to start using craft paints on canvas. Getting used to controlling the angular strokes took me a minute, but was amazing when I got it. I'll put it up on my Facebook shortly. Thanks! I think I will try my own version of this. These are some new techniques for me to try. I really appreciate the way you fixed the painting to your liking at the end. I find that many times, my best art is a series of corrective mistakes. The layering of these mistakes can lead to a great piece.
