He is running a 275/55/20 in case anyone is wondering. I paused the video when he got close to the tire right before he shows the rear drop under the truck.
Wat brand of hangers did u get & shocks. & ur small bulbs wat is the bulb # . I got Belltech 2-3 inch drop Shackles. . I have the same Exact truck , I put 22 MKW 119 / 285/45/22 on it . The front is 33 inch & back is 37 inch. Just not sure if I should lower the front. Don’t want to rub ! & I’m also on a budget!! Great video
Looks clean I had my shit on the ground I had a 5/8 but I just recently listed it back up I got tired of scraping everywhere kind of want to go a 2/4 but looks clean
So u only did drop shackles and hangers on the back and lowering springs in the front? I want to drop my truck kinda like the way urs is and was wondering if thats all i needed, i been reading online and just cant find the easiest way most say axle flip but im not really trying to slam my shit, i just want to lower it like 2 inches in the front and like 3-4 in the back nice truck btw
Why does your hangers have 2 mounting holes for the leaf spring (top and bottom)? I seen the link you gave for this kit. I have the same. But my hangers only have 1 hole for the leaf spring to bolt up to. And im thinking its only going to give it 1 inch and not 2
YaGoonie ! Hmmm that’s weird yours should have the same if it’s the same kit. Cause you can lower it 1” or 2” mine was set up for 2” I’m now on stock hangers.
@@209GARAGE yeah mine just has the lower hole. Like if you click on the eBay link you provided in one of the comments you will see the shackles in the pics only have one hole. Im guessing I can drill a hole.
Damn bro at 17 you have a nice truck like that man lucky I'm currently 16 trying to get a truck like that any recommendations about what truck to get ?
Damn that looks aewsome, or my channel I have videos of my lifted z71 that's the same color but now I bought a second truck that's a tan 02 2wd and I've been looking for these exact rims to put on it. Looks good man!
I just subscribe.... am 16 trying to buy a Silverado 99-04 and was wondering what the price is in California for a regular cab with 120k miles will be ? thanks
Thanks for subscribing & here in California 120k miles are pretty expensive they go anywhere from 4k-10k you just got to be looking for a decent one before someone else takes it
About $270 plus installation which was $50 for me cause my brother did it. Nice truck man, I just bought my first truck, its a 2002 single cab short bed 5.3 with a belltech lowering kit 4 inches rear, and 2 inches front.
Very Sharp Truck! Keep up the good work. You got a great Brother to help out.
Thanks man! Certainly will & yup he's always helping me out on things like this
Looks good! did you c notch it or underbed notch it?
Yup Ima go with the 2/4 drop was gonna do 3/5 but yours looks nice and simple just the look I'm going for thanks for posting it
Yup nice and simple is the way to go & glad you liked it.

that's a good stance my opinion is perfect
Yea bro same here thanks!
WHAT? DID YOU USE TO DROP IT (NAMES/BRANDS) DETAIL'S PLEASE ... THANKS NICE TRUCK
With the 4in drop in the rear, how much clearance did you have for the bump stop
Got an 06 I’m debating on either 2/4 or 4/6 drop I don’t know yet good looking truck
LADodgers go 4/6 bro 👌🏽 I’m doing a 4/6 drop w/ cnotch on my 03 Silverado too
I think, it depends if it’s a daily, I would go 4/6 and even 5/7 - with 24’s being the highest recommended wheel size
Go 4/6. Because if you go 2/4 you'll regret not going lower.
That's what happened to me
4/10 fuck it
Nice truck, did you have any driveline vibrations, or did you have to install shims??
Great looking truck sir. Keep working on it and build it to be the badazz ride you dream of.
I just got a 2014 silverado. Thinking of putting a 3/5 drop with some 22s
Siick! Must be nice haha heck yea bro you should document your progress
Great truck man. Keep doing what you’re doing fam
Props on the trucks man, this one Looked sick even then brotha, what size rims where they!!??
clean truck bro! You did 2" drop shackles and hangers in the back? does it ride smooth or does it hop a little bro?
Thanks bro! And i have 2" drop springs in the front 2" hangers & 2" shackles in the rear. It does hop a little but nothing too bad.
I know this is old, but do you remember what size your tires where on those 20's? Looks great.
Thanks! They were 275/55/20
@@209GARAGE did you rub or anything with the 2/4 drop and 275-55-20?
@@c7zftw777 nope, never had any rubbing issues with this set up
Did you have to remove the fuel tank to do the driver hanger?
How's the ride quality???
I have 24s on my sierra, is it eating up your tires??
Ride quality is horrible, but never eats up my tires reason for being horrible is because i went cheap route
About to do the same setup on my 06 Sierra. Did the lowering in the front change the camber?
Looks clean I had my shit on the ground I had a 5/8 but I just recently listed it back up I got tired of scraping everywhere kind of want to go a 2/4 but looks clean
Thanks man & dayumn 5/8 & yea i might go a lower later on but idk i'm happy with the way it is
209 Garage if you don't wanna be lower than 6in in the back your gonna have to put back the stock hangers and shackles if you do a flip kit
Where did you buy the shackles
RuthlessTv 5/8 ain’t Drop 😂😂 6/11 is Drop
2/4 is perfect drop for minimal clearance and leveling. Anything lower is just dumb youd be scraping on everything
Are those tires stock height. Thinking of lowering but have brand new stock tires. Dont want them to rub up front.
Did you get a c notch for your truck aswell? Just wondering
Im getting ready to lower my 03 king cab I hope it looks this good bro. I'm doing the same 4 & 2.

Did your front coils springs come wit plastic spacer than went on top
Nope used the ones from oem springs
ayee broo what did u use broo?? like what kit and parts did u use
Did you have any rubbing issues with those tires and drop?
Nope never had any issues with this set up
cool truck my lil dude, keep taking care of it and modding it slowly.
Thanks bro!! And yup slowly but surely
Did you get the parts Separately or all together

How does this kit ride ? Does it ride stiff or bumpy ? Smooth ?
Damn bro at 17 you have a nice truck like that man lucky I'm currently 16 trying to get a truck like that any recommendations about what truck to get ?
Thanks bro!! Im 18 now still rocking my truck but yea you should look into a 99-02 price ranges from 4-7k or an obs silverado 88-98 anywhere fron 2-5k
Buy mine.... 07 5speed trans super 40 flowmasters
Does it have a c notch? And if not does it hit the frame?
Buddy looks freaking awesome
Looks so clean takes care of gap but can still be used as a truck. U have tires too!!
Aye bro that looks like the best height cuz u can still use it. Dose it sit level with that kit
Joshua Hernandez Yea it was honestly a really good height like you said still works as a truck and yea it was somewhat leveled out with this kit
Did you get camber after the 2" drop in the front
Nope no signs of camber
Nice truck bro it looks like the one that I used to have
Thanks man! And hell yea
What drop kit did u use cause most of them don’t use springs I want the one with springs
I got it as a 2/4 kit “maxtrac”
Any problems with the front cv axle ??
How is the suspension? Does it drive smooth r is it rough?
e wei se patiaron las wheels cuando la abajastes del frente. did u need to get alignment after that
No perfectly staright and havent got it aligned still runs perfectly straight
So this kit doesn’t require flipping the axle?
What size tires did you have if you remember.
Nice how long did it TAKE for lowering kit
Did the rear first took me about 7 hours the. A week after that i did the front took 3 hours

It's coming out good sounds and looks good man keep it up
Thanks man! New video coming soon

I’d say the body style truck bro , I had an 08 Silverado as well on a 4/9 drop and still had quite a bit of wheel gap
