Loved the workout but the ads popping up in the middle of an exercise is very annoying. Consider adding them at the beginning of the video and in between exercises. Thanks for the workout!

This was incredible!! This was my first ever reformer pilates workout and I absolutely loved it and the fact that it required simple equipment. Thank you SO much. It was a challenge! Question- my hips seem to cramp up when I am extending them to the side and lifting and lowering. Is there any way I can prevent this from happening?
TOO MANY ADS!! lots of interruptions every 5 minutes, impossible to follow, pilates is all about focus and concentration, it's a pity I won't come back here 😞

Completely agree. Takes away from the enjoyment of the workout. Won’t be coming back :/
