Proper car.
I remember seeing Walter Rohrl & Christian Geistdorfer in one on the RAC rally, when they put Christian centrally in the back of the car for weight distribution/traction.

I know escorts of the day rusted but the a 131 at the same time used to rust really bad it must be difficult to get a good body shell nowadays but I can’t wait to see it in action hopefully you will put a entry in for the Galway summer stages will be over spectating for that

Remember seeing Marku Alen driving one in the mid 1970s on a Scottish Rally, awesome noise. Walther Rohrl could also make one shift at a fair rate.

Quand je la voyait en rallye je n avait de yeux que pour elle et la 205 turbo 16s et la 5 turbo quant elle était là
in the 70s i bought an orange modified mirafiori for £400 at auction.no m.o.t.rot box but tha fastest street car i've ever driven.the amout of times i lost control and saved it.ffs it was better than sex.ended up selling the engine and box and giving the rest to the scrap man.still kicking myself all these years later.

Era l'epoca quando in Italia si facevano ottime auto con del pessimo acciaio sovietico che arruginisca solo a guardarlo, ecco perché la Fiat Tipo e tutte le altre piattaforme da lei derivate (Alfa e Lancia) erano zincate per ovviare alla ruggine.
Adesso ci restano solo i ricordi!!!
