Thanks for tuning in! Congrats on your easyplant. Their customer service is great. Sometimes plants may arrive in not a perfect condition but overall they're solid. Enjoy!

If the costs include supplying new pots when your plant overgoes the existing one. The costs are not bad. But their website says they don't offer pots right now. Thus, it would defeat purchasing. I wouldn't want my plants to die after two years because they wouldn't or couldn't provide a new pot and my lack of ability to keep a plant alive on my own.
Totally fair enough but pot transfer probably won't be possible bcz of the way whole "self watering" technology works. Plants won't die from outgrowing the size of their original pots btw. They adapt so you won't need to worry about that. For what it looks like inside the pod, a new vid in the work
I have to say I love your videos especially this of the easy plant I myself have two and I am planning to get more. They be on the expensive side but I think it is worth it. Thanks for the video and update
They are definitely not cheap but sell great quality products. Me personally, I'll never go back to normal pots after experiencing how convenient it is to take care of plants with self watering pots. Worth the money!
I have 5 easy plants and they are also thriving thus far; the money tree is def my favourite but I will buy a fiddle leaf soon. What’s a good low light plant in your experience?
Happy to hear yours are thriving as well! My money tree has come a long way. So proud! My fiddle leaf has been growing rapidly, very healthy! For low light, I'd look into, ZZ plant, Golden Snake Plant, Heartleaf Philodendron. Easyplant started selling collections so I'd look into this collection called " The Radiant Trinity" which include all three with 5% discount on the website! Happy planting :)
Is it free though for shipping. All the price you talk about is a break down of the plant that’s grown, the making of the pot, and the Shipping, and paying the worker, and paying the owner of the store.
Great review! I have two questions: for the plants that need less water, can you still fill the reservoir or will they be overwatered? Also, it looks as though Easy Plant does not sell the pots separately. What happens when your plant gets larger and needs to be repotted?
Thanks for watching! Feel free to maintain the water within the reservoir at a certain level. It could still overwater but it's rare. Pots aren't sold separately unfortunately due to how their plants are integrated into the pots. You just keep pruning as plants keep growing.
I've always said, that I could kill a PLASTIC plant! Lol! You have me sold on Easy plants! Two questions, though... 1. Can I simply just keep them filled once a week or two? 2. What happens when they outgrow their pot? Do they sell bigger pots to transplant them? Thank you so much for your videos! Very helpful. 😊
Hi Bev! I've been there. So I know what you're talking about. Trust me! Easyplant isn't cheap but it's worth it simply bcz the products are great. I haven't had a single one that died.. I have about 11 plants from them. It's all bcz of the smart planters. 1. Some plants tend to consume more water than others. So, some plants last more than 3 weeks with one fill some last about 2 weeks but feel free to keep them fully filled if you'd like. Again no need to worry about overwatreringm. That's the beauty of this planter. 2. Unfortunately, you can't report. But fortunately you never have to worry about plants outgrowing their planter sizes. Surprisingly, they seem to be aware of the full capacity so they naturally maintain themselves in terms of sizes as they thrive. You only need to trim them once in a while as new leaves grow out. Hope it helps and thanks for swinging by. Glad my video helped! Hope you swoop some good ones from Easyplant :)
I just got one easy plant pot and i did see a string inside the pot and on the video they have on their website , they do not show that or explain how it really works
I have mixed feelings about them. The concept is very cool and their selection is great. I’ve ordered 3 plants from them and two had issues. My rattlesnake calathea arrived in really poor shape and they refunded it after some back and forth with their CS team. My money tree arrived with a cracked pot so they sent a replacement. The replacement had issues dropping leaves and has now died, likely from root rot-could be user error but I really tried to wait between watering for the soil to dry out. My last one was one of the palms and I knocked it over and broke the pot! Lol. It was fine though, I repotted it and it’s like 2x the size. I’m gonna give them another shot. Also, their pricing is pretty fair. While it may seem high, the cost of ceramics is really crazy sometimes. I have an XXL (seriously, like 8ft) Dracaena whose pot cost me $200
I've had all the same issues you mentioned but their customer service is great and their products also work mostly well as they claim. Prices have gone up so they might be tad high for some folks. They're worth it imo tho

So random when you said you live in Henderson cuz I live here too HAHA, this is the very first video i found researching "Easyplant". I always worry about plants surviving in this area with such low humidity. great editing and explaining, thank you! Do you use our [hard] tap water here?
Hi neighbor! Thanks for stopping by. Happy to hear it was helpful and thanks for the feedback. I hear you. I had the same exact concern. So I bought a couple of humidifiers for my plants and what not in the early days. Long story short, the plants have been thriving without the humidifiers (I stopped using them). But, when winter came, many plants have been suffering since then. I assume it's due to the significant temperature change. The dry weather hasn't been a big issue surprisingly.
