Dude we got one that's 12 years old and only put 2 $2.10 bearings in alternator besides changing blades ,cups and blade nuts. This machine loves dog anchors ,chains and cables and anything else those renters throw in the yard
I just today lost my belt and will replace this weekend. My 326 is 11 years old with 450hrs. Might as well replace the seals on the gear box while I’m at it. Where would I find the part diagrams like you have? Great video.
Would suggest trying the dealer as we did. It’s a matter of printing off the computer display. And should not be any issue for them to do so. Let us know how it turns out and thank you for the feedback.
While you have the gearbox out, that means the lower housing underneath the deck will be apart and exposed...consider replacing upper and lower seals along with the single bearing in the housing. It’s a simple task and recommended when messing with the gearbox. And we would so appreciate you subscribing to our channel if you don’t mind. Take care and keep us posted on your project.
Let me get back with you on the belt. I can tell you it is an aftermarket Kevlar reinforced belt and we paid about $52 with free shipping. Will see if I can get more information for you.
It’s EPR Distribution out of Elgin Illinois. The eBay part number is 302810330426. Looks like the price has increased some over what we paid. Do a search on eBay for Kubota part number K5647-34710 and see if you can do better. Keep me posted and thank you for watching our video.
John - Let us know the belt you ended up getting. And if you’re up to it, we’d really appreciate you subscribing to our channel...will keep the vids rolling for sure. Take care.
I have a ZD 28 and it looks nothing like yours, I don’t see any grease fitting anywhere on your machine. Presently have 665 hours on it and the only thing I have done is replace the deck gearbox because I ran it out of oil. My deck has grease fittings on all bearings
You don’t see any grease fittings on my machine? Watch my Zerk Fitting countdown video and you’ll see 19 zerk fittings and I missed one…total count so far is 20.
I have an 08 with 1000 non commercial hours. I run covers off until fall.
You only need to remove the starboard side gearbox bracket...you do not need to remove the gearbox or belt tensioner.

Agreed. It’s a real workhorse and would recommend the zd326 to anyone looking for a durable and reliable lawn cutting machine.
Ours is over 13 years old with 234 hours and still running on the original battery.
Hello Bill. We’d sure appreciate you subscribing to our channel. And let us know how your zd326 is running. Take care

I was told that the s model had pneumatic front tires, and was about 1 mph slower than the non s model -
What part number was the belt and where did you get it? Great video!!
