This is the best. I have been doing this since I was 40 years old & menopause hit me. I’m 62 now & still doing this. & daily get complements that I look as young & fit as 35. My job is very physical & heavy & the younger generation can’t do what I can. I surprise them & they admire me & due to doing this my energy level is unbelievable. Thank you so much. Please if you read this, post more videos. Will love & appreciate it. You are helping so many people who can’t afford the expensive Yoga & they are not real yoga. It’s like work out. This is great! Almost ANYONE can do this. It is so good and healthy for your body and mind. I love how she gives ample time for each pose. There is plenty of time for the breath. Unlike some "yoga" videos on UA-cam, where the poses and breath are rushed.
I am doing certain yoga asanas for the past 15 years.But i find this video very explanatory,easy to follow the voice and demo..Defnitely all these exercises if we do will exhaust the excess calories in our body and make it keep fit and healthy.Thanks.

Ive been mediating for some time now but never tried yoga, my friend suggested i incorporate it. This is the first class ive ever tried and i found it great. Thank you for sharing. i added a 30 min meditation after it and yes it defiantly seamed to help lock into it whilst my body seamed to not be so restless also. So a great help Thanks Again

Thank you very much indeed for your generosity in posting this yoga practice. I would love a more advanced version, too, if you ever get a chance. But I enjoy doing this gentle and easy practice just before bedtime -- it really helps me sleep without raising my heart rate the way some of the more strenuous yoga practices do. So, I'd recommend that anyone who finds this a little easy should try it as an aid to sleeping.
I personally, recommend this video to beginners or those who are new to yoga practice. Moreover, it may be useful to people who would like to improve their beginner's level and be well prepared for the next level!!! This video is an excellent guide that enables oneself to succeed in this beautiful yoga journey :)
this 1 is a very fast pace yoga session, its good for intermediate levels & up or to know the poses and recreate it on our own at a muuucch slower pace, great video btw very good yoga lady looks nice also, thanks
This was beautiful, so relaxing and rejuvenating! I do yoga 4-5 times a week and it has done wonders for me. I am trying to lose weight and so far i have lost 13 pounds, so i have about 25 to go,,thank you so much for this beautiful video. Namaste
Anyone who is a "body builder" should have the basic knowledge that greater flexibility will enhance your muscle fiber. There are depths of muscle that have to gradually be worked into. I body build and have practiced yoga since the age of 13, as I am now 23, I can honestly say that this has been a blessing as much as a benefit to practice. Give it a try.
This is such a great yoga series. It starts out calm enough for me, to be the first thing I do in the morning. It is excellent. I combine it with Calm Yoga Music on repeat, and the 55 min pas by so lovely. I highly recommend this :)
I've been doing this flow for 4 years now, this is how I first got into yoga practice at 15, by far the best flow for bringing a sense of calm to your body. It's also a great set of poses for deep breathing; beginner flexibility and strength.

Being an intermediate student this was not a challenge, but at the same time it was. I had to fight my wandering mind to stay centered which is wonderful. Thank you for this sequence and thank you for reminding me of the beauty in yoga's simplicity!

Loved this class and the Yoga Flow 1 as well. Reminds me of the traditional yoga classes that I have been doing for 40+ years without all of the vinyasa flow stuff. She covered many of the great yoga poses. Would like to find more classes like this. Thank you.

OMG! I tend to look like a weirdo when I do a yoga class just because the instructors never seem to tell me when to transition into another pose till everyone's in it but ME! I tend to embarrass myself that way. But the video was great, she told me when we were going to move and what pose was next. Bloody brilliant! Forget class I'm sticking with this. LOL Cheers!

I extremely like your of breath leading. The poses really bases on the breathing and some of the videos I have seen is confusing me especially when I breath within the poses. Yours is amazing and you do a great job of helping me breath smoothly during the process.

I love this flow - it covers most of the main poses. Also, the teacher is very restful and reminds you about the breathing.
