@@BloPsy_Actual I never commented about the accuracy of recoil on the cheap plastic spring toy, it’s quite obvious it doesn’t simulate actual recoil, so bloody obvious that I didn’t even have to even bring it up, because it’s so plainly obvious that only an idiot would think that a toy like that would accurately simulate the feel of recoil from a mini controlled explosion held within a gun made primarily out of metal & high quality polymer… until now…
An even better training aid vs dry firing the real thing is gas blowback airsoft. They make many different makes and models that are very close to the real ones. I have a g26/27 airsoft made by WE that I use in place of dry firing my real g26. I have Tokyo Marui SA 40 4.5 that is almost an exact replica of my real one. You can get pretty much any manufacturer now a days. Good way to train the kids and teach them good safety before using the real thing too!
The reason things are funny is because they have an element of truth to them. I agree with everything about your comment and I find it hilarious. The only modification I would make is to remove the assertion that it will be because of my video. I really don't like being egotistical. I definitely have that in me. I think I'm great and all that. But I also honestly know the score. I don't think I've done anything that outstanding in the last 5 years. I still believe that Josef got the idea how to fix his pinda probe from me. But that's just one idea. It doesn't mean he copies me all the time. Have a nice day. Thank you for the comment.
Well, you get top marks for watching the entire video. Would you care to defend your assertion? Perhaps you disagree with this video for a different more emotionally indefensible reason. You should express that instead of the erroneous using a vocabulary word that you don't seem to grok.
i like the idea, but its too toyish. it would be better if some one made a 3d printable one, with a mag and trigger that more accurately match the design of the real thing. it would probably be even cheaper than the buyable one.
Great vid as usual. You shouldn't be "getting a sight picture" with a hand tool, it's not a long-distance long tool; you should be using a point -aim methodology 🙂
@@thegribbs bro, I'm just gonna assume you don't know, but we can do some crazy shit if you just fuckin try. Hell I converted ar15 airsoft lower to fire.
@@iphoneawesome123 An Airsoft lower part is not a good fit for a real firearm. Handle is much wider due to the motor being housed there, and the mechanism is very different. Why would you bother doing this? If you can get a real upper and internals then there should be no issue buying a new lower part.
YOU GOT ME! I wrote a whole long response thinking you were a leftist Prusa supporter/civilian disarmament type. Then I looked at your profile and saw the video of Dave shooting an AR15. Well played.
For clarity "fully functional" in this instance means "this toy ejects toy bullets" and most definitely is not a fully functional actual gun.
Yep. Don't hate the player. Hate the game. Clickbait works. Technically the title is accurate.
Gas blow back airsoft replicas can be good for training. But this is a nice dirt cheap option.
They may be blowback, but they most definitely do not simulate real recoil
@@justadummy8076neither does this

Super interesting, awesome vid. Thank you.
This is very different to the training pistols used by the PSB. Those are big solid rubber things and pretty difficult to get a hold of.
UA-cam remove the video in 1 ..2..3..
still there tho
A friend of mine tried buying one from aliexpress and it didn't pass through customs
I can't wait for the Prusa gun by Joseph Prusa to surely be a result of your video

I like it. Is it cheaper to buy from China or could it be easily 3D printed? I'd rather use my already-bought printer to make my own if possible.
3-D Print.
does a glock slide fit on that frame?
No. Sorry to disappoint you.
Why don't you watch another video I made. ua-cam.com/video/jnrSPQmRP7M/v-deo.htmlsi=RvkcOIPXcnYYUOHP
It's a cheap plastic toy that you could probably 3d print pretty easily.. The clickbait is strong on this one
Link to buy this plz :)
it was only a matter of time China would dip its toes in that market :S I don't expect the news cycle to allow this trend to go on
Use a laser that reacts to a glow in the dark toys or a sheet , then the glow will last long enough to see where you hit and if there is movement.
You should have a channel for your gun stuff that is separate from your 3d printing stuff.
I do. I linked to it in the description. Elon Musk owns it.
See what you mean by vacuous content.

Lol Jank,
How's the weight tho?
You could just duct tape on or glue on say, a 1 Lb weight or 8 Oz weight to the bottom of the handle if the gun is not as heavy as a real Glock.

Lol. Yep.
Could probably be modded to take real parts. Just like printed frames but better.
It definitely couldn't.
