My Story

I have to apologise for the sound. I decided to upload this without editing the video.
Due to the subject I'm quite softly spoken, which unfortunately has meant the microphone isn't able to pick up some of my words (e.g. I say I NEVER used to self harm on my arms, but the word 'never' can't be heard).
It took several attempts to record, so when I finally managed to get something and watched it back, I thought it captured the sentiment I was aiming for.
I hope it's not too sombre and please be aware of triggers.

I plan to edit it in the future and may even put in subtitles to help.
