Yeah she's amazing to bring free easy workout stay connected and also know why doing your workout you also think of eaten well because it work together because not eaten well it will be like you are not losing or gaining weight so let try to do two of them working out and eating healthy food
Another great workout. Did not get to use the heavier weights because of my torn meniscus on my left knee and lower back hurting but it still got the job done. Did quite a bit of sweating . Love working out the glutes. Thank you Vera as always. Awesome workout!
This was a good one. I used my 35lbs for the entire session. I almost died while doing the curtsy lunges section 🥵🔥. Debating if I should continue and kill my legs with the add-on 🤔. Thank you Vera 🙏🏾
