Well I did this this afternoon, used your weights as a guide but had a selection ranging from 5kg - 17.5kg. This was a super sweaty session, I loved it. Great combination of exercises those front raise holds were killer even with 5kg each. Thank you Vera, as always.
This one was fire! Holy smokes, I really enjoy working out now and I’m going on 14 weeks straight of doing your programs. (Did the 8 week right before this one). I love your workouts Vera! Thank you!

Wow - I thought my arms were going to fall off yesterday but they recover so quickly and feel great again today. A brilliant workout and did make me smile when you said that 5 minute circuits aren’t as easy as they sound. I knew it wouldn’t be easy 😂
Vera 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 workout completed ✅ . Upper Body Workouts are still tough for me but I don’t dread them anymore. 5 weeks ago I would have cursed at my screen while completing the burnout 😂. I mean the lateral, front raises with a hold 🥵. I can tell that I am improving so thank you Vera 🙂. I am still playing catch up. I haven’t completed yesterday workout session yet (lower body). I was wondering if it’s okay for me to do it on Saturday and then the body weight session on Sunday. Thoughts ?
I missed this workout yesterday due to working later than usual. Today I worked even later and worked out until midnight 🙃 😅 life is so funny. Thank you for the wonderfully challenging upper body AMRAP! I enjoyed it greatly 😊
