Where I work, I try to accommodate all customers within reason. Most of my coworkers have the “sorry can’t do that” attitude and act like any request that isn’t standard policy is a massive bothersome nuisance.
Depends on what type of establishment you're at. Nothing is more annoying than the soccer mom at the McDonald's drive-thru who demands deli/restaurant-level substitutions/alterations to the food on a large order, when it's a damn fast food burger or chicken/fish sandwich and totally unacceptable for that type of shop. Coffee/smoothie-type shops are kind of a different story, as those type of beverages are known for customer taste/customization to some degree. I try to keep things simple no matter where I go and order as the establishment intended and whose employees are used to making the product as trained. One thing's for sure though~ If I'm going along with your establishment policies and not causing the server any further inconvenience/trouble, I'll rarely hit any more than the 15% button on the tip screen, with exceptions for truly outstanding/prompt service. This seems fair across the board, for all parties involved.

They have to do airport seating by weight. Now, just like they do packages at the Post Office. It's not One price for all sizes in the same price. If you're 350, you pay extra if you're a 103 pounds, you're gonna get a break.And you should be able to make up the difference on your Suitcase weight rate Also, all the big people at the back of the plane they can get on first, so we don't have to try weasel and buy them.
