I tried programming a new key for my 2013 vw sharan using my thinkdiag but it says VW Immo Gen 4 is not available. Should i use the immo gen 2 instead? Pretty sure my car is immo gen 4 though.

It can do it but depend on what year number. 2006~2016 would be better.
