Looks great, have to say though I have never had any issue with just using pure water, one quick rinse around the house and then back round for a scrub, it works a treat, no extra expense using detergents or anything.

I've had the same debate with a mate! I find using the chemicals, it really takes the strain off the hard scrubbing that's required without the solution! Plus you get a great shine! I slap a load of bleach up there and it kills the dirt instantly, it's really good for eliminating the grime that comes from the venting!

For green gutters/fascias the easiest way might be a telescopic pole pressure washer like the Karcher one I have.I’ve also successfully used uPVC cream cleaner on the pole brush but the pressure washer gets into all the nooks and crannies and is much easier on the shoulders and neck.
I haven’t tried it but I’ve been told ordinary washing detergent powder mixed with warm water works well on the green stuff.

You made that look easy. I need to do a system like that. I usually get up on a ladder with a brush and scrub then rinse. Good job.

Been doing roofline cleans for 16 years, with 3 vans out everyday. There is no need for any chemicals or expensive equipment. Just a pole, hooked up to customers tap, a little cream cleaner on the brush and it always comes up as new! Try it!! The only thing that will not come off with any chemical or cream, are the "Tiger Stripes". The black drip marks you sometimes get on the fascias. When that happens, pop up the ladder and use a mildly abrasive pad with cream cleaner, and they come off. If you don't like heights, get an Unger pole, with the claw, and use the pad with that!!!! Not wanting to burst anyones bubble, but try it!!

If you have to pop a ladder up if their is tiger marks its much easier to just use a ladder to clean them in the first place

So do you fill up the constant flow pump then add cleaner and spray it. Then use brush attachment, is the brush attachment running of the constant flow pump? Or standard garden hose? Currently dont do this type of work but looking to include it. Thanks great video
