- So sorry first time I posted this like 45 minutes into being up someone let me know (thank you for that) that I used fan art that was a 393 spoiler. I actually think the Illumi/Hisoka theory is still valid. Look at his facial expressions during the chapter. Plus he never answered the question if he was Hisoka or not

Hisoka is definitely on a different level to those chumps. Think about it, Hisoka has been using Nen since his first appearance in the Manga. Chrollo had to prepare like Batman for a while before facing him. He's no joke

Turns out that Henry handled Hisoka well
I think one of Pidoulle's (dont know how to spell that buggers name) restrictions on his nen is that it has to be a type of weapon that makes contact for him to feel. It would make sense why he can make a moving drill but not a gun. He cant fulfill his desires in his nen if it were a gun.

Padaille is one of the worst nen users in the series, he doesn't even make his hand into weapons, he just makes a bunch of carpentry tools.
How Penduri (the Fist Full Weapons User) couldve improved his ability is to have each weapon have a condition to either summon to use or inherent use. Inherent conditions or restrictions will also make the said weapon stronger on top of infusing it with Nen aka Shu or Ko. Its far, far better than what he did with base infusement

Thank you, that is the whole point of Nen. All hunters do know minimal martial arts and Nen . They are capable of defending themselves as it is a requirement to be a hunter but not always are their Hatsus combat based. Many created abilities that cater to their line of work or jobs.
Or as you said, the life these mafia members live in. Within their smaller community where it is their direct lives and majority of the people they usually deal with, their abilities are useful and can be strong in their own right.
We have just been following outliers in the series. Henry even states Hisoka and the Troupe are among the strongest of his generation of Nen users.
He is a conjuror yet has high enough skills in enhancement to block bullets with Ken and his metal handcuffs infused with Nen easily block bullets.

This aint hisoka its chrollo using convert hands on benelonov metamorphosis(into hisoka).hisoka is illumi and keeping tabs on PT through kalluto abilities

I'm pretty sure Hinrigh design was inspired in Rengoku from Kimetsu No Yaiba.
