Trouble is Dr. John I’ve had a 7 vertebrae fusion for a collapsing spine. I’ e got the trifecta : Anti phospholipid Syndrome, MGUS and have to be on Warfarin for life. All three affect bone development. My specialist wants to put me on Fossamax!!

Glad your back. I have terrible ringing in my ears. Tinnitus. I had an ear wax issue after they cleaned out my left ear it started ringing. I had a hearing test it showed hearing loss. I feel it could be emotional distress. What say you Dr. Bergman. If you could address this on a future question and answer id thank God for ya. Which I already do. God bless you and thanks!!🎉🎉🎉

Probably a very good content, as always, just the recording is very hard to process, not a good quality
Osteoporosis is because of oxalates (in plents).
They bind with all minerals but especially with calcium... (and form kidney stones etc)
Wow Dr that's alot of bone breaking, 😮. Thank God He wanted you here to do what you are doing now amazingly ❤.What do I do ? My body cannot break down calcium, my body is not functioning properly, no good sleep and stress at work .I take holidays and still tired .Doc help plz 🙏😢

Dr. - I like your example about viamin-A, but it is possible for one to be toxic in a nutrient and not actually immediately die. Perfect health happens when there is a perfect balance of every nutrient. When our physiology loses its ability to control certain biochemical nutrients that's when disease happens...

You mentioned bone bruises after telling us about how rapidly bones heal. There's a woman in my community who had recently injured her lower leg; and when I inquired about her healing, she said, her doctor told her, that it can take up to two years to heal a bone bruise.
I was waiting for you to weigh in on that, after bringing up bone bruises, but that didn't happen.
