Man I was watching you 10 or 15 years ago. You have grow white beards, but still the good BBQ style. I remember when Veggies were a NO GO, but then now you eat them (potatoes are vegies right!). Love your channel. I forgot about you I am sorry, but I am glad I found you again. Those grilled burgers melting with cheese. Take care and enjoy food!

Man, I use almost that exact same mix. Only difference is I add some Tony's Creole and chili powder. It make the fries taste so GUUUUUD. Now, to the freezer to take out my 3 racks of ribs and let them sit in the fridge for a few days until they thaw out, and I'm gonna try that cook and sauce method. My neighbors won't be climbing my fence. They might just run THRU my fence..lol. #BPB4L

Getting good fries at fast food joints is impossible these days.. using a fry press and making your own brings back memories on how they used to taste.. crisp on the outside, soft and tender on the inside..

Soak the fries in water for 3 or 4 beers first.
Aint nothin like home fries. Many have tried, all have failed. Home fries just plain taste better.

Always remove the silver skin folks, the seasoning with penetrate better 👍 that smells guuuud
Note that the membrane acts as a moisture barrier that will help keep the rib moist.. why many Pitmasters choose to leave it on.. your choice
