- Back with another one already! I know I said I wanted to absorb the album and enjoy it, but this song is just too gnarly and I was already trying to learn it in my head so I figured it was time haha. Contemplating which I should attack next, between "Over And Over" and "Beyond This Road." Love both songs and they both have some great riffs on them. Any suggestions feel free to drop em! As always, thanks for stopping by, hope you enjoyed!
Tuning: Drop F
Tones: Neural DSP Archetype Gojira

sick looking guitar, clean playing too of course ! This song is heavy af
Thanks man! And hell yea, Brian’s vocals after the first chorus go fucking INSANE it caught me off guard my first listen through!
Amazing tone my dudeeee
Dude hell yes! This is badass 🔥🤘🏽
you should have at least like 50k-100k subs. The quality of your covers is insane and the speed at which you learn the songs BY EAR is even more so. Bonus points for that badass guitar.
You’re too kind bro, thank you so much for that 😭🙏🏻🙌🏻
God bless you! Crazy how quickly you learned this song
Haha thank you man! 🙏🏻🙌🏻

Track is so fucking nasty I has a stank face the whole song. Brian's vocals are absolutely savage on this record. Phenomenal cover dude! Fucking love this album, Please do Beyond This Road next. Living in Tragedy and Beyond this road are the standout tracks for me so far.
Yea Brian really wowed me with some of his vocals this time around, even more than usual! They all stepped their game up for this one, absolutely amazing! And thank you! I’ll be doing Beyond This Road next as soon as I have the time, hopefully between this weekend and the next one I’ll have it up!
@@alexweinmuller Like I absolutely love The Way It Ends but always felt like Brian was holding back his true vocal capabilities. The album, it felt like he took the gloves off and really showed what kind of a vocalist he is. This is probably my new fav currents record for sure.
Yea I agree with you, The Way It Ends felt more about vibes and songwriting than necessarily showcasing their technical talent, this has a good mix of EVERYTHING and there were so many spots where Brian was able to shine so seamlessly, it really is a step up from their last record despite that also being an amazing album
Awesome Cover man. Mind my asking what string size you use for Drop F at the moment?
Thanks my man’s! And actually in this video I’m using a pitch shift since most of what I play is in drop g# give or take a half step - but if I were to change strings specifically for drop F, I’d slap on some .12 gauges, of course it comes down to a bit of personal preference as well, MAYBE you could get away with .11s but I’d say .12 would be perfect 👍🏻
@@alexweinmuller Yep I feel that lol, pitch shifting is so convenient, use it every day.
I ended up putting .11 to .52 + .74 on my multiscale and it feels super comfy for the Drop F area and sounds sick with the Nameless suite. Now just gotta keep watching your playthroughs till I get the entire album down lol
Nice. Pitch shift?
Yes sir! They sure love messing around with pitch shifts for certain lead parts lately haha

You are on fire my friend 🔥👍🙏💪😤
You only have 4 songs left😎
How about “Beyond this Road?”
What’re you tuned in before pitch shifting?? Drop A? 🤔 sick cover man!
Drop G actually! And thank you!!
Solid effort Alex. Gongrtas on new guitar. RGD's rocks.
Thank you so much Noel! And agreed, the guitar is such a beast!
The top of that RGD.... dayum, I'm jelly
I’m in love with it 😭🥹
Bro that was sick! Nice work!
I see that volumes flag hangin up 😎
Bro just played the track and thought we wouldn't notice
