I struggle with the same thing you said about bringing two different styles together. I feel like my style is completely different in spring vs winter (well my style is non existent in winter cos I just want to be warm!)
I think finding a flowy shirt dress in a thicker/lined material would be a good way to mix the two, because that can be worn in colder months with boots and tights to keep warm. I’ve tried this in the past but have used cheap, unlined dresses which don’t really work as well.

That’s a good idea! I also got quite into jumper dresses, particularly midi length, autumn/winter just gone so I think when it comes around again that’s a good route to go down!

I kinda agree, but I have found that fashion is subjective. I put away things a lot. When I come back to them, if I still like I wear it. If I don’t , I usually donate or sell.
I mostly thrift, and I’ve been thrifting since I was in my 20s.
I’m 61 and it’s still my favorite hobby.
I will not purchase trends, I would thrift it.

I love that! Thrifting is so much fun and such a great way to find unique pieces for a bargain too! Thank you for sharing😊
