Tomn8er even if you thought he was realitivly small why would you not think he was strong? you dont have to be massive to be strong you donut. You obviously don't know much about lifting weights
I like how these guys explain why they are doing the half rep movement to "chase the pump." At some point in your bodybuilding level you have to know the difference between myofibrillar training and sarcoplasmic training. Most advanced BB like the sarcoplasmic training to engorge their already swole muscles with a lot of blood and to reduce tendonitis and long term injuries. When you're young and like to do heavy weight training to build muscle, myofibrillar training is probably good for beginner gains, but at some point using manageable weights and going for the pump reduces injuries. I could care less how much weight i'm pushing, I just want the pump.
One thing everyone should know, you don't NEED overhead presses to build shoulders. If it works for you great, but it's not necessary, and in fact people tend to overdevelop the anterior deltoid from pressing all the time. Lateral movements are greater for shoulders imo.
kw1213 No i just find it funny you say that when pros are actually ignoring this FACT, and doing presses and front raises everytime in their shoulder workouts. And whats more funny is you saying lateral movements are greater for shoulders, THERE IS NO EXERCISE GREATER FOR AN INDIVIDUAL, ITS WHAT HE OR SHE LACKS TO GET A FULL ROUND DELT.
Calven Ng First of all , you are wrong about "all pros" saying this. Obviously it makes sense that pros would use everything in their arsenal to maximize, but that doesn't mean you need to do presses. You are right about not everyone needing the same exercises, HOWEVER, to have a sick delt you need a lot more than just front delts. And in order to develop nice side delts and rear delts, you need lateral movements. And anyone that knows anything about BB knows that what makes you look wide is the lateral delt. Also, you dont need to do presses to develop your anterior delt so yeah. Like i originally said, if pressing works for you , that's great, but you don't NEED to do any presses at all to have sick shoulders.
Training partials like this is often times actually harder. just imagine doing quarter sqauts on the lower part of the excercise without going all the way up and maybe even rest a little. this kind of partials are very hard. you should try it.
steven oliveira pro bodybuilders like to use the "time under tension" method, a lot of weight and a lot of reps, people on juice and at this level and size, respond beautifully to that, but, this is not for everyone, specially naturals also, they don't use full range of motion on the presses because if you go too low, it will engage tendons and ligaments and if you go to high, it will engage triceps instead of shoulders, so if you sum it up, what they're doing is not "wrong" actually
João Luiz Your range of motion comments are true, but I have news for you, lots of reps and time under tension is just as effective for natural bodybuilders. You don't need to lift heavy as a natural , quite the contrary.
kw1213 naturals can`t expect to have the same results from heavy lifting or even spend a long time in the gym as juicers can, or even recover as fast as well, but thank you for the "news"
Well wen u lift very heavy weights ur using ur ligaments n joints more than u use ur muscles.. y u think u got tendinitis!! Stay medium heavy n do more reps.. u get the same results n safely too!!
Your comment is pure broscience… explain to me how you lift with ligaments. ligaments are tissue the bind bones together, tenons bind muscles to bones. Neither of them contract to create tension and force. joints do not exert force either...they are just joints.
@@tootoo1upper go ahead n put my theory to the test for a month or so n wen ur elbows and shoulders start to hurt u will Kno y!! Too much pressure on ur joints is no good!! Go n try it n hurt yo self!!
these guys could be powerlifters. especially Jon, he looks like a strongman not a pro bodybuilder. no disrespect to him but hes more strong than he is a pretty boy.
How much though? Not that much. The only way to not have a slight arch is to do behind the neck or side of the head...but that's a worse position on your shoulders. I'd rather stay safe, and believe me if you do it like that it's still shoulders. Just rep out 60s like that and see where you get that pump it should be shoulders or you're doing it wrong.
I love the bodybuilders who say they use nothing but the supplements from the company that sponsors them and that they eat 30 times a day to get as big as they are! What bullshit, we all know that the injectable steroids they use are the fucking reason they're that big! Nobody gets that big from taking fake assed supplements and stuffing your face unless you're a big fat fuck! Don't get me wrong I love lifting weights and taking performance enhancers, they make you feel superhuman! The thing that sucks is cycling off!
I can see not locking out on presses but shit that is barley moving the weight. I am on old fart but I am pretty sure I am getting allot closer to a lockout than this crap. I go up to about 275 on sps for 5 to 6 no help. But that crap they are doing is crap.
I find This SHIT hillarious showing me pre workout and amino acids man stop how about you show WHAT THE hell those dosages are what gear you use. Crystal light lol
jesus christ delarosa is strong. I thought he was a relatively small bodybuilder but he made those 150s look light!
small bodybuilder? you serious?
***** key word "thought"
Tomn8er even if you thought he was realitivly small why would you not think he was strong? you dont have to be massive to be strong you donut. You obviously don't know much about lifting weights
he looks huge
6 weeks out TOO....even more impressive 💪

5:01 Sadik hadzovic training in the background
nice catch
That dude in the bright blue t-shirt is a beast
some of the best tips i've ever gotten!
These two are strong!!!! Even for bodybuilders they can move some weight. 150s for easy 10 is def not average
That is some serious strength
James McGowan meh some Chinese girl Olympic lifter is way more impressive
I liked your workout. I'm using it.
Thanks guys......great video.
did I miss something? why does morel only do partial lifts / presses? not fully extending up on the overhead presses.
Keeping tension on the deltoids. Extending out uses a lot of triceps. Hope this answers your question.
Thanks
Because they work
4:00 Juan's arm veins are freaking me out.
yeah - i bounce 365 lbs., too - - it helps me with my tendonitis also …

John is so damn strong he's probably 5'5 or 5'6 honestly the perfect bodybuilding frame.
when you guys are doin presses, how come you don't do full motion? Is there a reason for that?
I might hav to try that out.
Does any one knows about that drink??? I also wanna buy and use druing the training thanks
The shoulder workout is powerful good
Super to watch
great shoulder workout bros!!
Can anyone tell me what Juan morels one rep max barbell bench is
Delarosa has some serious Popeye forearms. Both are beasts tho.
***** Juan is 5'11...

4.5 years later Juan Diesel wins the Arnold
intuitive training
Juan's arms need a lot of work to match the rest of his upper body. If he does that he'll be a major threat for top 3 for Mr. O!
Vamos crescer gigante 😊
some1 explain to me why they dont use full range on the presse?
because they are huge

respect to EM!
Jesus Christ 150s for an easy 10 this is not usual bodybuilder strength. Powerlifters get crushed under such weights!
these guys could be powerlifters. especially Jon, he looks like a strongman not a pro bodybuilder. no disrespect to him but hes more strong than he is a pretty boy.
Ya but dawg 150s for an easy bodybuilding style constant tension 10 is very impressive for a bodybuilder with low bodyfat
coldblooded47 it is. yes. but if u want pure strength these guys arent it. still strong as fuck tho
Lol he already crushes most powerlifters imagine if Delarosa switched to powerlifting he'd be a monster he should of pursued powerlifting.
coldblooded47
thats what i said in my first reply comment. i think he should get into powerlifting. other bodybuilders have done it too
did he won?
Holyshit Jon Delarosa's forearm is bigger than my fucking calves
Jon Delarosa definitely top 3 strongest 212 bodybuilders along with Jose raymond.
Good video 💪🏻😎🤙guys
Really intense love the flavor of oxygen burning with pain. Hard core is hard to see these days in pros
This might seem like an odd question but is working out like this good for me?
SHOULDER PRESS ON A SLIGHT INCLINE? BRINGS IN UPPER CHEST INTO THE MOVEMENT

if Delarosa went back down to the 212 class he would have much more success..just my opinion
I agree! He needs to move to 212, he gets dwarfed in the open class
Does morel even arms bro next to delarosa hahaha
What's up Juan
like the style? 🇺🇸
150ies for 10?! Holy shit...
Trick or Lift!
4:05 all those cheat meals ---> insane pump&vascularity haha
juan morel got huge shoulders from shaking babies
L.A. anyone?
I use full reps because to me it helps you keep flexibility while getting bigger instead of becoming stiff like a lot of guys
I bet you look shit though yeah lol
Luv the vascular veins poppin!!!
Juan should work on those forearms.
Is there reason why these monsters can’t do full range of motion or am I crazy. No full stretch
There not doing full reps because they can't it's too heavy for full reps.
Partial reps help to get constant tension on muscle therefore they are that trick
Short huge arms helps
prince pete zero mobility
Don’t look in control of the weight with that momentum and form
Delarosa is like a mexican wolverine
Except he's not Mexican. Try again.
Dominican.
No criticism here.
I want to thank the academy, Joe Weider and of course D God my Dominican Dball dealer off 38th street.
Not 150 kg...
Wait a minute.... I thought all these 2 juiceheads did WAS EAT!

Half reps nah not approved
not one full rep was completed that day.......
+wm0104 Looks like hes doing something right when you look like that and dont say steroids made him look like that. Its not a miracle drug
no one cares about form, it's about the results
form is for beginners. =P
