I love watching these Branch Warren workout videos, that intensity is contagious. Of course their form is bad, but if that’s how they wanna train, who am I to tell them they shouldn’t. It’s still very entertaining to watch them work out.
No matter what ANYONE says about their form or how they train - the GYM that they train at is so basic and raw that I even get a Test boost just watching this video. No Aircon no fancy machines... NOTHING..... just pure weights... DAMN!

I tell you what, I always got a huge pump, and my strength increased when I went back to more normal training. I'm not saying you should do this all the time, but it can be a nice change of pace.

You can’t judge just by looking at their form. These guys have trained long enough and have the ability to generate that high level of intensity while still keeping tension in the muscle instead of the joints etc. a beginner lifter trying to train like them will probably feel more joints than muscle working.
Imagine the physiques these guys would have built if they actually lifted the weight instead of bouncing it off their bodies? What's funny is I don't think Jackson ever won 3% of the shows he entered, did he ever think about changing his training technique? It's kind of funny.

I love this training better than post 2010 training using mostly machines..looking at how thick and dense branch and Johnnie look training heavy..better than the soft pot bellies of today's generation

Working up to 315 on the shoulder press then multiple sets at that weight then drop sets then on to the next exercise!!! That's some serious training.
