    You know, I actually tried this style of lifting for a few weeks, using too heavy of a weight and cheating alot. I tell you what, I always got a huge pump, and my strength increased when I went back to more normal training. I'm not saying you should do this all the time, but it can be a nice change of pace.

      You, you mean you actually tried something instead of being another professional keyboard gym coach? Astounding.
      It somewhat makes sense, too. The cheat reps allow you to do more weight than you could otherwise lift, generating more stress. I imagine it would be easier to get injuries this way, though.

    • @beewalk34
      @beewalk34 5 років тому +21

      True. There's a reason why they're world class bodybuilders. Many will say that it's only due to drug use. However, little do they know there are literally millions of wannabe bodybuilders, but very few elite. There's a reason why they are there, and keyboard warrors are just trolling. Probably not even strong with a subpar physique and very little strength

    When you were doing the seated military presses, why was your butt so high off the seat? It looked like a higher incline bench. What muscle group are you focusing on with that form?

    THEY GIVE A GOOD EXAMPLE FOR THE NEW GYM RATS TO HOW TO TRAIN !! IF YOU REMOVE 3 QUARTERS OF THE WAIT FOR EACH MOVEMENT AND THEY DO THE PROPER FULL RANGE MOVEMENT THEY EVEN DIDNT DO 3 REPS FOR SHURE !! BECAUSE THEY USE ALL MOMENTUL OF THEIR BODY TO DO JUST ONE REP !! WE HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT THIS SUPPOST BODYBUILDING NOT WEIGHTLIFTING !!
