    Deadlifts are a LEG EXERCISE
    Rows are KING 👑 I’ve over developed my back the past 4 years now I don’t even train it maybe twice a month

      train core more because after deadlift I do pull ups then go right back to bent over rows and can pause with the weight bent over. heavy planks should help.

      Nick Murray akim is, and he has good form. I'm sure in the next few years we will be seeing a lot more of him maybe he'll be the world's strongest bodybuilder in a few years.

    What muscles do deadlifts even work. If you are already doing squats, bent rows, t-bars, one arm rows, standing movements what in the hell do you need to do that movement for. Talk about overkill.

      deadlifts works your lower back and your hamstrings. really effective your back and leg day.

      Deadlifts work your lower back, your hamstrings, but also your lats, traps, etc. You could say the whole posterior chain. If you're on a big enough amount of PED's there's no such thing as "overkill".
