What muscles do deadlifts even work. If you are already doing squats, bent rows, t-bars, one arm rows, standing movements what in the hell do you need to do that movement for. Talk about overkill.
Deadlifts work your lower back, your hamstrings, but also your lats, traps, etc. You could say the whole posterior chain. If you're on a big enough amount of PED's there's no such thing as "overkill".
Just like allot of pros pretty shitty form allot of jerking and using all kinds of other muscles. Ive seen amateur bodybuilders actually stronger and bigger who blow these fools away.
