Something that is rarely outspoken and said: The Stelvio has a 50:50 weight-distribution on both axis', weights far under 2000 kg and - the best - has a 12:1 steering ratio - even lower than racing cars like Porsche 911. And this direct steering, boosted by the 50:50 weight distribution, featured by the low weight make this SUV being driven like a Go-Kart. Trust me. Underrated SUV, great bargain to pickup on used market for 30k
We just got one with the green exterior and that white interior and i am so impressed with the driving dynamics of this suv. It is my wife’s ride, but I find myself stealing it frequently!
alfa romeo ferrari maserati and lancia are the best car to drive all the time all day long! all of them got a DNA of racing cars cause that's exactly where they comes from it,.... and im so glad they did for the roads too

@@WTFCRLT1 you can retrofit them onto your stelvio, in italy there are several garages doing this and it's not an expensive upgrade. they are pretty much plug and play
Just bought three during the lockdown of 2020 and got a steal of a deal for a package deal on a 2020 QV Giulia, a 2019 QV Stelvio and a 2020 4C Spider 33 Stradale Tributo #26 I'm all set in 3 catogaries of Cabrio, Sedan and SUV!
About six months ago I caught a nail in my '17 Giulia tire. I went to a local chain and the guy remarked "oh, Alfa Romeo? You know we are seeing a lot more of these lately". I said "really? The Giulia? He said "no, the SUV one can't recall the name. I've seen three in the last month". At first I was puzzled like why so many in a tire shop. He said "no, no problem with them. People just driving them a lot more; they catch nails, potholes, curbs. People just buying more of them I guess". That's when I knew the word was out. Alfa Romeo is THE car to have among those in the "know". We aren't "early adopters" anymore. :-)
i just have a stock 18 Sport. An F30 328i tried to drag me. him alone, me, 4 people. By 60 mph, i'm 1/2 car length ahead. A Giulia Q2 should be quite a bit quicker.

Tremendous vehicle. I have a 2019. 40k miles. Absolutely no issues, not even a light bulb. It is disturbing that the American car purchasing public is so ignorant of what a quality, high-performance SUV with Alfa Romeo heritage is about. The X3 and Q5's are soccer mom cars! You can't appreciate an Alfa until you own one. And you absolutely cannot comment about what uninformed idiots who don't own one tell you about the Stelvio reliability!! Americans get smart. Don't buy into the overpriced, unjustified German hype.

I love when a car reviewer is testing a car, and unexpectedly smiles because of the way it drives. You know it's a fun car to drive at that point.

i'm super impressed with the test drive. i was comparing this with the bmw x1 and this looks much more solid on bumpy roads. I'm definitely sold!

Stelvio Q4's are 100% rear wheel drive... unless the rear starts to loose traction .. Then it moves torque forwards up to 50/50.

Not LED headlights…they are Bi-Xenon. The DLRs are LED as is the rest of the external lights.
