Yay! Try videos are my favorite! I was cracking up at Dave with a full glass of Coke (soda, whatever) in front of him looking like he was about to spit fire. Lol!!
I can't wait until you try The Bomb!! I'll be rooting for y'all from down here in south Texas!! Down here we like to put Cholula or similar hot sauces made in Mexico from pequin peppers on our eggs - especially if they're sunny side up or over easy. Pequin peppers grow only in small areas adjacent to the border regions of Texas, New Mexico and Arizona with northern Mexico. They're spread by birds and other animals so their seeds have thick coatings that are made to be digested & excreted then grow in very certain kind of soil, sun & weather. This makes them hard to farm commercially. But here in Texas we get plants that sprout up underneath trees in our yards giving us free great peppers from spring to Christmas time.
@@brettpenning Oh yeah!! It's a pretty big deal down here in Texas as well. It even comes in single serve little packets for to go tacos from restaurants. Another huge one made with pequin peppers is Tapatio and it comes in both bottles and single serve packets as well. Every Mexican food restaurant down here in the Texas Coastal Bend will have Tapatio, some type of green jalapeno bottled sauce and El Yucateco from the Yucatan Pennsula of Southeast Mexico made with habanero. Those can blow you out of the water if you're not used to heat.
@@christianoliver3572 Tapatio is another one of my favorites, Doritos even makes a Tapatio chip. I think I have had the Yuca one also. The other day I found my first bottle of Cholula Calienta hot sauce and its in a short little fat bottle so I had to pick that up, waiting to try that on some authentic Carne Asada Tacos.
Thats one of the reasons I sent them the sauce, can't wait to see Mike and Dazs reaction to Da Bomb, since they laughed at Dave for the One Chip Challenge.
You boys should try the one chip challenge. I did it at work, just to make my boss do it as well. Extremely hot, but worth it to see him do it too. Much love from Texas.
Their 1st Try channel video was Dave trying TOCC. MIKE AND Daz didn't try the chip so I sent them Da Bomb so they could see what really hot tastes like 😵🤣
Same here!! I mailed it to them back in the middle of June and it took about a month and a half to get there. Customs must really be backed up or they are just slow.
I'm from Michigan too! I'm glad to see us represented. Traverse City is a well known vacation spot. I'm much further south (Dearborn) I'll have to send you guys some other good stuff. :-)
@@brendaguthrie3470 I'm guessing they would have it. I just ran across it the other day in a Menards store and it comes in a short fat little bottle. Can't wait to try it on some tacos!!
To be fair, Da Bomb is meant to be used in small quantities in like large batches of Chili, or to heat up casseroles or what have you, not as a straight up condiment.
His and Daz's reactions are the ones I want to see, especially when they release Da Bomb video!! Since they had Dave do the One Chip Challenge by himself lol
@@brettpenning Dunno I just use whatever ground coffee I have on hand. Just not a whole lot. I also add some hot sauce. I used to work in a coffee shop on what you might call restaurant street. Whatever you want just walk a block. It could be an acquired taste but I love it.
That is actually my all time favorite with Chulula in 2nd place. I was gonna send a bottle of that but thought they already have tried it so I sent the Chulula instead, come to find out it's there too.
I know there's a lot of companies that do this, but what's the advantage of another channel besides having organization? It is surely not better income wise as the secondary channels almost never reach the height of the original. I just don't see why you can't have a day of the week on the main channel for "tries" like this...
I think the main thing is to keep it separate but also they got robbed of getting the 100K plaque on the main channel so hopefully this channel one day can get that plaque for them, they deserve it.
pepper infused honey is an addictive condiment. when i was in africa it was on every table and it would make everything delicious as well as give a great kick to it. I an not sure what peppers they used but it sure would wake you up in the morning as well as your taste buds. Although it was never a name brand whenever i had it.
Omg the hot sauce I sent reaction is finally here!!!
Can't wait for the Mexican candy and Beef Jerky next!!
