Future reference, you want either milk or ice cream on hand for afters. Not beer. You need something that will dissolve the pepper oils in your mouth.

Tip: Have MILK available -- it really cools the burn. Water/soda/beer do not work for those levels of heat!
Ice cream also is a great one to have on hand

I tried 5 drops in a 16oz bowl of chili and almost couldn't take it, it's so damn hot and it just gets worse as you keep eating 🥵🥵
Whenever doing this stuff, just make sure to have some milk and/or soft ice cream type stuff to sooth it. It won't get rid of it, but it'll help a little as it dissipates.

I live about 2 miles from where the Da Bomb is made. 😂 Here's a tip on surviving it. If you don't want to drink milk. Use a small amount of raw sugar. It won't stop the initial burn but it'll make the pain go away faster.

I have season 16 lineup of hot sauces and Da Bomb is hotter that the Last Dab but it is hot!

Da Bomb is my favorite sauce to order on Amazon, time and time again. I truly hate myself for loving it so much. It tastes horrible, but it's a strange type of medicine for me. I'm so glad you Blokes reacted to this little bottle of sadistic shit

The problem with our hot sauce is the base. Always vinegar but too much. There may be better ones but my all around sauce is a recent discovery, fire stick. Great taste, not over vinegary not to hot but adds a great flavor. Has a little sweet too, try it on wings.

Years ago we used to get this spicy dish from a Chinese restaurant. Like anything some days it was spicier than others and would LIGHT you up. We had this one gal that ordered hers extra extra spicy. But no that wasn't enough for her and the restaurant refused to add more. She got them to give her a to-go container for ketchup full of the red pepper and oil. When she got back to the office she'd add it in herself. I haven't seen her in 20 yrs but I've always wondered if she still had a stomach lining.
I've heard a couple stories like this and it seems the customer has always been wrong!! 😆

Da Bomb is brutal but it's not just spicy, it tastes really foul as well. If you try Hot Ones' end sauce, The Last Dab, it's hot but it tastes really good. (I've purchased and tried all the sauces from the first three seasons of Hot Ones.. that show introduced me to interesting hot sauces.)
That show introduced me as well. Now during the winter we have hot sauce Tuesdays where 1 of us will bring in a new bottle of hot sauce to try. It's pretty fun!

It has capsicum in it. Which is chili extract. The same thing used in Pepper Spay. Anything with capsicum in it will taste bitter and be deadly hot!!!!
Capsaicin is alcohol and fat soluble so if you're drinking a pepper vodka, it is a lot less likely to bind to your tongue than a lower Scoville sauce. That said, a lot of folks on Hot Ones say Da Bomb is hotter (and definitely the worst) sauce on the lineup despite not having the most Scovilles
I used to bring da bomb to parties back in the day. I'd take a toothpicks worth with anyone willing to try. Great fun.
There’s a sauce call Dave’s Insanity sauce. It is also extremely hot! People use to call it insanity because you could not believe how hot it was so you would try it again. That’s beyond insanity as the name states.
Dave's insanity is actually really good to add to things like Gumbo, stew , pace picante sauce . We keep it in the fridge. But like this crazy sauce , we don't use but a couple drops at a time . Very easy to blow ones circuits.

the thing i recall from hot ones is that most ppl said it tasted VERY metallicy.. that it was NOT tasteful AT ALL... was that what u blokes would say too? i've been a HUGE fan of hot ones like Dave since the 1st episode.. but i'm 2 broke to be able 2 try this challenge myself. some of them sauces catch a nice premium these days due 2 the popularity on hot ones.
Yes it tastes horrible and is super hot!! The only thing it's good for is a couple drops in a huge pot of chili.

I had 3 drops of da bomb...it was the hottest thing I ever tasted by far and I had some hot stuff before... it only burned my stomach a little, and the ring sting was there but I had worse from KFC zinger wings, so it's actually a good sauce ph balanced to not make a volcano out of your behind the next day, do have it in moderation.

I'm near KCK and remember back about 15 years ago a buddy got a bottle of this, we put about 3 drops in a huge thing of Rotel and it was one of the spiciest things I've ever had lol. We also like to use it when buddy's got drunk and claimed they like hot food.

When will people learn always have bread and milk on hand when having these if you're not used to it.
I had bread, milk, ice cream and Pepto the first time I had it. Ate 2 slices of bread before I had 2 drops on a wing.
Brett Penning you want to have the bread after it absorbs the sauce helps clean out the mouth then the milk, at least it works this way for me.

You guys should get in touch with the Korean Englishman on UA-cam now they have some foods that will do a number on you, in the positive (it so good it will blow your mind) and in the negative (hot as hell). You should reach out to see about a collaboration they are in England.
That's a different hot because it's extract. AKA what makes peppers hot. The other sauces are normal peppers.

Yeah I ran a BBQ joint and my pitmaster gave me a smoked wing completely coated in that I thought I was just some new cook style he wanted me to try. I ripped everything off the wing in one bite and swallowed..my "friend" look at me with these huge eyes and I proceeded to have some painful hiccups
I dont hiccup often off hot stuff but this usually gets me too everytime.

I've tried another one that is similar to Da Bomb called, "Mad Dog 357" Pepper extract. I would probably not do it again because there isn't a use for it I can think of other than torturing your friends.
Loved the video. I tried this at work once and then the hotter version of it which is called 'Da Bomb: Ground Zero' I think. I've had others hotter but Da Bomb felt so much hotter.
Yeah I have both of the Da Bomb and that Ground Zero is even hotter than Beyond Insanity. There is one hotter than Ground Zero called The Final Answer and I'm afraid to try that!!
I've yet to try Da Bomb. It's sitting on my counter, taunting me. I use Last Dab XXX fairly regularly though. Like if I have 12 wings, I'll Last Dab the first 3 and then cool it down for the following. I'm no spice expert but I just don't think that if I can eat Last Dab fine, that it could be hotter than Da Bomb, but I'm afraid to test that theory.

Really good "hot" sauces :
Dave's Insanity , smokey , packs a lot of punch, great for soups , gumbos.
Tabasco Habenero , not regular bland Tabasco . This has a really pleasent smoky flavor, far milder than Da Bomb and Dave's Insanity sauce . It's excellent on morning eggs , breakfast tacos .
Mrs Renfro's Ghost pepper Salsa , it's true chip dipping salsa , creeper heat .
Mrs Renfro's Habenero Salsa , also chip dipping , really tasty.
Slap your mamma seasoning , red can . Uses are endless , heat is very short lived .
All the above have actual uses , but not for anyone who doesn't crave heat . It's just not worth the money if you don't already have cravings .
At some point you need to try Steve ‘ O ‘s hot sauce.

One night I was drinking with some friends and to show off, I took a whole tablespoon of this stuff. It was a nightmare. The worst part was I puked it out about 30 mins later and my throat and mouth reacted just like I took the spoonful, so it felt like I did it twice. Good times.
Jesus Christ man!! You are lucky you didn't have to go to the hospital with that much lol. I tried 2 drops on a wing and it killed me for about 45 mins to an hour. Now I just use it in big pots of chili.

We have hot sauce Tuesday in the Ski Shop I manage in the winter so that was the 1st one we tried 2 years ago and now we have like 30 bottles cause we try 1 or 2 each week now. Whenever someone brags I always have them try Da Bomb and almost always never brag afterwards 😂

They say people can get used to the local extreme spice. I believe that only up to a certain point. NO ONE gets totally used to some of them. I have seen some pop really hot peppers with no problem. But about 3 times hotter than you guys just had, even the spice experts starts to tear up.
One of my favorite hot sauce is Valentina. I'm not so much for hot as flavor.

That’s nothing, I had one sauce at a festival called “The Source”, it was $300 for a bottle that’s like half the size of da bomb. Came in like a voodoo coffin box. I had a dot of it on the end of a tooth pick and had to start jogging, it was so hot lmao.
