I think Mike can bowl better than the game makes it seem.. I saw actual form from him AND the cross from the side that usually gets good strikes but the game wanted a more straight on shot.

what's funny is that at 8:00 if you look really closely, the ball doesn't hit the pin, but the pin's hit box is drawn just a smidge outside the pin, so it gets knocked over without the ball actually appearing to hit it

Love this new gaming channel. Have to keep pausing to wipe the tears from my eyes. When Mike dropped the first ball I couldn't get control of myself for a good 3 minutes. Don't feel bad Mike, I can top that. I was in a weekly league and decided to try a heavier ball. First throw the ball went straight behind me.. Should have seen my teammates and the other team scramble. Thanks for the great banter and laughs. Love ya from Ohio, USA.

to swerve the ball in motion you twist your wrist when throwing it, to put the spin on the ball.. and the faster your arm swings, the faster the ball goes down the alley. in the 10th frame if the first ball is a strike or the second makes a spare, you get the 3rd ball because you can add to the strike or spare. strikes add the next two scores twice essentially, and a spare adds the next one ball to score twice good game guys..
Looked like Mike figured out the spin at the end, when he started getting strikes.
The scoring is that if you get a spare, it counts as 10 points PLUS the score of the next ball. So if you follow a spare with a strike, the spare counts as 20 points. If you follow a spare with a 6, the spare counts as 16 points. Likewise, a strike counts as 10 points PLUS the next TWO balls, so a strike followed by two more strikes counts as 30 points. A strike followed by spare (the first ball gets some of the pins and the second ball gets the rest) counts as 20 points. A strike followed by a nine and a miss would be 19 points, etc. In the 10th frame, a strike or a spare gives you either one more ball for a spare or two more balls for a strike in order to complete the scores. An open frame in the 10th (neither a strike nor a spare, like Dave did in his 10th frame) means there are no "bonus" balls.

The worst time to fold is in the 10th frame. Years ago my friend, who never won at anything, was ahead, and I needed 3 strikes in the 10th frame to win. I won. It was very quiet in the car after we left the bowling alley.

Is Dave hyperextending his left knee there a bit? I also notice him looking like his knees hurt or something, he keeps sort of popping them forward suddenly and shifting his weight. Get a knee brace or 2 before you blow out a knee, need surgery, and rehab! :P
You guys should try this in a real bowl alley and see who wins.

Dave actually missed a go at the end cos he got a spare then a strike he actually missed his third go which is what happens when you get a spare then a strike I actually know this cos I bowl myself when I can if anyone wants to correct me on this feel free to not a pro or anything just a fan of the sport
