...okay so the rice paper dessert is genius. The amount of combinations running through my head right now. Cinnamon apples and peanut butter. Nutella spread and mashed raspberries (or orange zest!). A Baklava-like filling (sub sugar for honey or maple syrup). Bananas and chocolate chips and peanut butter. 🤤
Remoulade doesn't have Avocado in it. It's made of mayo, capers, and pickled Cucumber for example. It's a danish word, but the sauce exists in many variations in other countries
You always have the best ideas that are not only healthy but I feel zen while prepping them and then finally, eating them! :)

Tipp for the best salmon (plus a smell free kitchen ) : put the salmon into the oven by 140 Celsius for 12-14 minutes ! It’s deliciously juicy and just perfect

Hi, I have a question~ First of all, I've been following you since 2018, and I lost 20lbs because of you and now I'm back on this channel because so much happened and I just want a healthy relationship with food and my body - and to feel like I like my body again.. anyway, I want to use a planner starting out and writing what I eat, calories etc.. do you feel like writing down what you eat, calories and their points help track weight loss or do you just do that all in your head? I'm considering a planner for this sort of tracking but i'm not sure if there's one you use in your personal life. thanks!!!

I have a question, how do you stay on a healthy weight if you have roughly the amount of calories you said you eat? There are sooo many different opinions around weight loss and calories, how do you really know how much you can and / or should eat to lose weight and then maintain it?
