Mr Aquah , we appreciate all that u and your team are doing. We have friends from the diaspora who are interested in these properties but are discouraged by the poor roads leading to the estates and wthin the estates My little advice is if u can work on the roads and the roads within the estates that will be great for u. Thanks.
It's still expensive.. Location is very poor... Buying property all comes down to the location and the infrastructure in the neighbourhood....this location and neighbourhood have nothing to show. ..why? It may even take u more than 2 hours to get to Accra Central, and even to get to the hospital... beware
@@michaeldjimanor8393If $50k is expensive, then what price would be "inexpensive?" All the popular locations in Accra were all bush at some point...but now look, can't even buy land there for less than $500k...just the land! 😂🤣🤦🏿♂️
@@michaeldjimanor8393Your narrative is false, with regards to infrastructure, there are schools, police station, play ground et all in the estate. It’s also false that it takes you two hours to get to Accra Central. I live there and go to work everyday. It takes less than an hour to get there. It’s a good investment looking at the price and the payment plan as well as the quality
Please tell your architects, designers and developers to put to good use the flat roofs - solar system and roof gardens and help with climate change. Good job 👏 👍 👌 🙌
@@AJ_GH Is because Ghanaians don't know how to build a house. They waste too much recourses. We do here in abroad to create other jobs but in Ghana and Africa is just a waste.
I can see middle to upper middle class Ghanaians being able to afford this.. now banks should create affordable mortgages for middle class families so they can purchase these homes.
Urgly house design for a 75,000 Dollar house with no electrical appliances and no furnitures, no balcony, no trees.. what a shame.. we are in 2024 people...😮😮
Mr Aquah , we appreciate all that you and your team are doing. we have friends frwant to get properties there But the truth is the road leading to the estates is very bad , and even the roads within the estate so bad and that discourages lots of people
Aqua, We need space to plant our veggie garden and flowers pls mostly the back for veggie gardens and certain parts around front and sides to plant flowers.
Hello, I love your homes they're beautiful! I'm in America. How easy would it be for me to obtain one of your homes? We have big walk-in closets in the mater bedroom, could that be an option. Also, more cabinets in the kitchen? 😂
It is gated. The main road is 3 minutes away, there’s fibre internet, electricity and water, police station in the neighbourhood, market is 10 minutes away, two primary schools, a shopping center in the community, and so many more 😄
Bro I think you can check the audio output cos it kept going lower and then the background music could be down a bit more so we hear you clearly. Aside that great video 🔥❤️
The concern is how Ghanaian housing developers compare their prices to the prices in Europe and U.S. Please what kind of amenities do they provide that can compare to these countries. The western countries have properly demarcated and well built roads, well built and managed schools, good water and electricity systems. Well managed trash collection. Well done and well maintained drainage and sewer systems. I can go on and on. And mind you I am a developer in Ghana with a solid western background and yet I find the Ghanaian pricing unacceptable for the Ghanaian economy. One should not compare the Ghanaian economy to Europe or U.S. How can a teacher, civil servant, firefighter, nurse, policeman, or a university lecturer afford to buy even such simple homes based on their salary? This is not affordable.
How do you get a thousand thumps up without telling us where the estate is located. If it is in good location, you would have informed all your viewers.

Beautiful washrooms, the doors and tiles are harmonising well

When 80 of the population lives in povefty. I would hardly call $50,000 affordable at any regard. For this part of the world, thats overly inflated.
That means we need more rented homes than buying. In abroad is the same more people rent
