I have a nutritional science background from an Ivy League college. I have done a lot of studies on biochemistry. Msg is indeed very dangerous overtime. It well known to cause seizures among many other things. You may want to revisit and research this further.
I have and what I’ve read says that it’s safe to consume.

Since you've done so many studies, can you point to literally any study that says MSG (which is naturally occuring in quite a few foods) is harmful in small doses?

With all due respect, whatever that Ivy League university was, they should have taught the difference between correlation and causation. To say that msg is “well known” to “cause” seizures is pretty wild. No study has shown a statistically significant relationship between seizure activity and doses of MSG commonly found in food. The data is inconclusive, especially in human studies. MSG is generally considered safe by both the FDA and WHO. There are far too many confounds in large population studies (which are mostly retrospective) and by definition cannot measure or infer causality. 🤷🏾♂️
What about pickle juice? Isn't that what chick fila uses?

Yeah I’m a chick Fil-A employee and we do not use pickle juice it’s just the seasonings
I worked at chickfila for 7 years, no pickle juice used in nuggets.
Worked there for a year we did not use pickle juice at all but I have pretty much found the exact way to make them from scratch
