I’m a former CFA employee and was given a free meal every day I worked over 5 hours. After being away from the unit for over four weeks I can attest that eating this food may taste great but I feel so much better now! The fried items and all the chemicals are definitely from the devil…it is hard to not crave this…I.e. it fires our reward centers in our brain and we get addicted to this stuff.

I used to work at Chick-fil-a and I have some thoughts to share!
- None of the chicken is fried or cooked in soybean oil, its actually shipped in a marinade that contains soybean oil. The chicken is fried in peanut oil and the fries in canola.
- The grilled chicken is actually put on a grill, google Chick-fil-a grill and you'll see its like a mega panini-press.
- Only the grilled sandwiches are on brioche buns, the traditional fried sandwiches are definitely not lol.
- Zesty Buffalo is for sure the best and my personal favorite sauce 🙌 (feeling crazy, mix it with ranch or CFA sauce and you'll have a great time 🔥)
- The grilled spicy sandwich is also super worth trying out!
Overall, awesome review, and I absolutely agree, the market salad, grilled sandwich, and kale crunch side are the absolute healthiest items you can get (you learn this when its all you eat for four years 😂). Perhaps review the Chick-Fil-a breakfast in the future??

You can now get the Kale salad in a full size version! The Lemon Kale salad has grilled chicken and comes with lemon slices. This is my favorite option.💕

Heard they returned it, I certainly hope they & he did with so many businesses that didn't deserve to go under as the selfish governor Gruesome kept his winery open longer than it should have been allowed. Maybe a day at the beach & shake shack for my birthday as ive been mostly plant based now.

We are always amazed at the nearly constant lines at Chick-Fil-A. Now we know why, MSG & sugar in everything. Grateful that I am able to cook 99% of our meals at home. Hopefully more people become aware how our food is being engineered to make us eat more and be sick. We need people like you to influence legislation against these ingredients and manipulation.

The food is good fast food but that's not why people are so loyal. It's the service, the great culture, the incredible speed by which you can get through the drive through and have an accurate order in your bag. It's the "my pleasure" and their incredible commitment to great customer service!

I haven't eaten Chick Fil A since my birthday, February 2020. Before the pandemic I would eat Chick Fil A 2 or 3 times a week. I haven't eaten it for a couple of years (I've been scared to eat fast food or takeout since covid) and my face has virtually stopped breaking out. I always saw Chick Fil A as being better than McDonald's, but it still has the same addictive chemicals. Thank you for this information!

One thing I like about chic-fila is that they use large leaf lettuce so I order extra lettuce, ditch the bun, and make a chicken wrap. Skip the sauce!! The tomato makes it moist enough.

I confess I love this chain. The long lines actually move incredibly fast. My brother and I both went to 2 fast food restaurants side by side, mine was Chick-fil-A and was ready in about half the time. I tried to tell him. Lol. Funny thing is, I swear that the pickle on the sandwich makes it “the bomb”. Extra pickles plz. I can copy somewhat at home but never 100 percent the same. Didn’t realize they had kale salad, yum! Wouldn’t use that dressing but the salad looks great.

I have a best friend that owns 2 Chick-Fil-A Restaurant's. They are successful because of high quality ingredients, fast friendly service, their faith, (closed on Sundays) and their training of employees is exceptional. They also are big believers of kids not only growing with them, but also having them as a vessel to go and graduate from college. Everything about them is first class and people gravitate towards that which is why they have a huge consistent customer base. They simply rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rarely eat here but recently had their market salad and agree it was delicious! The vinegrette is definitely the better dressing for it. Also had the chicken soup that day and it was phenomenal!! Considering it's fast food-phenomenal!

Sometimes you’re on the road or get caught somewhere and need to eat. It’s important to have some items from widely available places that you know are at least marginally acceptable and not TOO far off so you can grab something to eat. Nobody’s saying to eat this regularly.

You just making excuses. I haven’t eaten quick fast food on the go since January 1,2014. It was a landmark for me. I realized if I want to eat clean I must always pack clean food. It was the last time I had an A&w burger. And I’m happy to know I won’t do it again unless they completely clean up their food. Great their grass feed now but what about all gmo things that surround that meat. You choose what goes in your body. Make the right choices. If eatting posion feels right because you can’t be prepared then that’s your excuse

My Greek grandmother who hated eating fast food loved Chick-fil-a. She would make sure to go to a Chick-fil-a inside the mall back when Chick-fil-a was only available inside of malls in the Southern states. She loved their chicken sandwiches. It really is addictive it’s like crack lol

This should be a series, Bobby! Summer time is coming a lot of people will be out and about more often. I usually go for Chipotle as well (Chipotle was my first job out of high school!), but love the chick-fil-a grilled nuggets as well. I’d be helpful to know what to get, and where!
OMG! I thought Chick-Fill -A was a better option when it came to eating junk food i guess i was wrong 😫. I always love getting the grilled chicken lettuce wrap and waffle fries with house sauce. What Bobby just posted on this sauce is messed up. No wondering was so hooked up on that sauce. It’s cracked! i wish i never would’ve known😩😭
Sauces add so much to food, but they are usually full of the most chemicals. If you can, make sauce at home that you like and freeze it in tiny sauce containers. If you know you’re going to be out and might pick up fast food grab a little sauce container from your freezer and bring it with you. I’ve done it before. It’s a great technique.

My brain got hijacked by the MSG for 3 months and the rewards app gets you even more addicted. Since discovering Bobby’s channel though I’ve stopped entirely and I don’t even miss it; with those applegate chicken sausages you can make better breakfast sandwiches at home in ~5 minutes, and there’s plenty of fast food out there that isn’t loaded with MSG when you need something in a pinch.
Really appreciate all the content on this channel, it’s made me more perceptive of what I’m eating and what ingredients to be wary of
Here’s what I do. When you want to use a fast food restaurant app for deals, download and use it to get your cheap, cheat meal......THEN DELETE IT!!🤣🤣 No temptation after that🤷🏽♀️
You’re doing an excellent job sir! Some counties in NY mandate the calorie count for food in chain restaurants, that should be mandatory everywhere. You can avoid hundreds of calories by choosing wisely.

The grill marks are really I worked there for a few years in college. They are made from the combination of the grill they use and the teflon sheets they use.
People who shop at Aldi replicate this at home:They sell "red bag chicken" known as RBC and Brioche buns. The only time I went to Chik I got a multi grain bun.Next fast food-Pollo Tropical!

But even the Aldi alternative has almost 1000mg of salt. It’s probably better to just make your own air fryer version where you control the ingredients.

Thank you so much for your videos! I have been educating myself on your videos and what to eat and what not to eat what to buy at the grocery store and what not to buy. I'm so grateful for you and your content! I can't tell you how grateful I am! I just started a healthy diet and I'm almost 40 years old. My mother always ate healthy. Now I know why! I have so many health problems that are fixable just by changing my diet! For example I have irritable bowel syndrome and they give me miralax to poop. Which starts this vicious cycle because I'm still eating processed food which is making me constipated then taking the miralax which is making me dehydrated... So one day I couldn't take it anymore and decided to start eating healthier!
Ever since then, I've had a lot more energy. I can focus more. I went back to processed food and I had the worst stomach ache after eating healthy for about a week! It was like my body was rejecting it and trying to throw it up!!
When you started this video, I was praying that you would only take one bite of the chicken nuggets. 😂 And then you said your body would be riddled after this. So I'm not the only one that experiences tummy aches after consuming processed food.
I don't think I could ever go back to processed foods. I'm so grateful to my mother that raised me eating very healthy foods. ❤❤❤❤

The only other time I saw the absolute joy on Bobby's face as he took a bite of the sandwich is when he discovered a new healthy item at Costco. I am sure for he finished the entire meal for science! :)

I have went plant-based and no longer eat bread, dairy or sugar but I was not aware of the harmful things that was in my favorite chicken sandwich. I ate that sandwich for years 😮😢. Knowledge is power. They're trying to kill us in America with this food. Since I stopped eating anything processed, no fast food, no packaged items, I feel so much better. Ty again

Chic-Fil-A has earned the PERCEPTION that they are a "healthy" alternative. Depends on what you are comparing to. Lots of inflammatory ingredients. They've definitely changed their fries ... not impressed.
Never heard ANYONE describe CFA as “healthy” or even “not as bad” as other fast food restaurants. I only hear people compliment the customer service, atmosphere and the taste of the food

Since fast food generally isn't healthy, I'd like to see you do some fast food options that are at least somewhat better because there are times when I have to run errands and am to tired to cook till I get home so I usually grab something already cooked to take home to eat. It'd be great to see which are the best options at the big chains even if not 100% nutritious.
