I’d like to add, I made this recipe today 09/02/24. FANTASTIC! I skipped the dry milk powder and it was probably just as good as the original recipe. Served it to my 4 year old daughter and my 21 old son. I’m a stay at home dad and like to make fun meals for them at home. Thanks again! The wife works from home and she also APPROVED! 👍🏼👍🏼

Watched a Japanese technique which I thought was incredible. Just as you’re adding a little bit of wet dredge. She did the same but she rubbed the flower through the wet dredge... Through her hands which she work them back-and-forth sliding them forwards and backwards. This made flakes it looked just like Panko flakes... amazing results for the extra crispy texture you’re looking for.
Sad I can’t eat anything like this. But I sure like watching these recipes.
