Thank you Sir for sharing. This is exactly what I have to do on my sons BCP jeep. Got the jeep free so I don’t know the history. We’ve been using it like that with axle bent on both ends. he’s 1 so doesn’t weigh much yet. It’s the 12V RX43 version. I had the measurement wrong 15/32 I got with my caliper. Guess I’ll order the 7/16.
hi sir im a single mom and never dealt with stuff like this! First thank you so much for your video!i have the same exact jeep except mine didnt come with the bolts like in your video. man this is a lot to type and im not good at this. my son bent the axle and i cant find a replacement and i cant cut or drill holes as you have. any solutions please help me figure this out? aso his jeep started doing this whole turn on but wouldnt go very far. i replaced the battery lasted about 10 minutes same thing. so i bout new fuse relays gear boxes and motors! not realizing the 12000 on the original motors were important! i bought 35000! which led to the bent axle! i let him ride it for a little bit with the bent axle and it did the exact thing again, turn on but barely moving. not sure but think i need to replace whatever fuses are under the hood. anyways any advice or solutions you can give me would help so much! im trying to be a good mom running on 3 hours of sleep cleaning toilets and cars and whatever i can to make ends meet and buying a new ride on is not possible.
Hey sorry for the delayed response. See if the local Lowes or home depot can cut it to length. And use these instead of drilling holes for the pins, Climax Metal H1C-043 Shaft Collar, One Piece, Black Oxide Finish, Steel, 7/16" Bore, 13/16" OD, 5/16 Width, With 1/4-20 x 1/4 Clamp Screw a.co/d/1laZAhl Hope this helps just make sure the rod size and shaft collar sizes are the same and you'll be good all you need then is an Allen key
I picked one of these up at the dump the other day. But it's missing the rear axle and wheels. If you know how long your axle was that would be great since I don't have one to compare to. Also if anyone has a link for new wheels I'd appreciate it. I can't seem to find them.
TSR have you by chance found replacement wheels for these Jeeps? I’ve done two 24v conversions thanks to you btw, but one of them the plastic bushings have worn a larger hole in the hub, so both front wheels wobble around
Any idea where I can get that entire rear setup? I upgraded to the 24V and the square tubing broke. I’m going to try and tack weld it back but would prefer to just replace it
Na not now no one has anything last I looked. Tho you can probably remake the rear in metal from Lowe's or HD and it would be much stronger then the cheap square stock they use
Once again excellent video, great for a novice like me, thank you.
Any questions just ask

You can get them for aliexpress. The manufacturer may replace them if the jeep is newer and you provide the pics of the wrong wheel
Aryan, if you found some replacement tires I'd love to know where?
