This was an excellent video. I am a young physical therapist with a heavy interest in spine rehabilitation. I’m a huge fan of Stu McGill and the work he’s done, but have also become very interested in the ideas regarding gradual adaption in models such as Ben Patrick’s ATG protocol. I think both sides bring huge value. Awesome video tho, many people doing videos on this topic become very emotional and this brought the best research forward
