  • Finally an entire Warm Up workout from Roberta's Gym 😃
    It is well known that before you begin any workout you should warm up and stretch your body - to avoid any injures during the workout.
    I've been asked for a warmup workout for a long time, but only now I found time to create it... and finally it's here!
    At the end of this workout your body will be warmed up and ready for any physical activity.
    So do try this warm-up workout and tell me how you feel after that! Ideally you should be doing this warm-up session before any workout you perform, so try to stick to this plan.
    Make sure to subscribe to the channel to receive daily workout videos to get in shape!

    Oh man, I havent been working out that this warm up was like an actual workout. . My body has become so heavy. Sweating heavily. Thank you. Its a good warm up. To kick start.

    I'm at a stage now where I'm searching for more intense exercises as my body has became stronger and, is begging for more. This warm up was amazingly easy for me, I felt so relaxed while doing it; those back stretches are everything.

    In my Day One of my workout and did this, damn it was hella tiring but then guys I am now in Day 5 and it felt like I wanted even more lmao. God Bless to everybody doing this, I know you can too guys! Just be patient.

      @@drtanishayadav7745 hiit and cardio is very good for losing fat, i’d recommend doing the 30 minute hiit workout and the 25 minute cardio videos by roberta’s gym

    These seem perfect for me who just want to get back into exerciseing again. Other videos seemed a little too much for me or would lead to too much racket in my dorm 😊

    Im 32, 5'4 and 125 lbs. Very sedentary. Im healthy no health issues but due to being sedentary for 3 months now i feel like my endurance is decreasing and starting to feel odd with my body, high heart rate even at rest. Coughing that does not go (weak immune system), always sleepy.
    When i suddenly feel like i almost pass out and almost got myself to the hospital, thats when i realized that i need to step up and do something or else, Im gonna end up sick or even worse.
    I started daily routine with Robertas gym exercises. But with the first few exercises, I can feel and hear my joints and ligaments clicking loud, my muscles become sore, and heaet pumping above 100.. tired and difficult, but i am very determined to do it regularly. I cant wait to be back to healthy lifestyle again and stay healthy Thank you Roberta for putting out this exercises on youtube, such a great help!

    It's perfect!! I'm preparing to be in Shape and Fit again because, I'm already Out of shape. In school, I get bullied so, I want to be fit And In shape.. wish me Luck :(

      @@Milky-tt5ir no problem, supporting each other helps us stay motivated! I had a hard day today because my legs are really sore after exercising yesterday. My legs give out a lot when I walk and it took me forever just to stand up and get out of bed. I don't know if I can even get on the floor to do a core exercise video :( but I'll try my best!

    I love this warm up and workout exercises. But do you have an exercises for a heart disease patients? A simple workout will do.

    It was 5 months since I was not going to the gym and that too I had just started a month ago before the lockdown began so this warm-up was extremely helpful for me. I worked out along with her and I just felt great. Will be doing it every morning now. Keep up the excellent work 👏👏👏👏👏

    This is already a full workout for me. I did this before workout and now I'm already tired lol.
    Day 3: Still doing this after a 5 minute Warm Up before this. Yet, still feels like a workout. Taking a break rn, for a few secs to write this comment.

    I followed one of your other videos, and my thighs are so sore. I'm going to do this to fill in the exercise for the day. I understand it's just a stretch routine, but my body is in pain and I can't just do nothing

    Sir please I salute you much much...u advised me to do this warm up before any workout I do but im saying this staff is an exercise itself to me
    I reached the body size I was yearning for since I started following u even I can control myself from consuming alot of sugars n calories big up

      You are AWESOME Bena! I'm so glad for you that you reached your ideal weight and you also have more self-control over what food you eat (healthy food) and what food you don't (sugar, grains, high-calorie products).
      It's funny that this Warmup exercise is a workout for you - but that's good, you have to listen and understand your body. So if this warmup is doing you good - then keep doing it!
