I felt blocked until 5 days ago I hide all my art supplies. Now on my desk I have only an ordinary pen and cheap paper. My creativity is on another level. :D
Good morning Koosje , another lovely and inspirational video . Unfortunately I have reached the age when my mobility is severely restricted so I am unable to venture outside , but , no big deal !!! I simply "borrow" your reference photo and I am able to join you on the river bank . Thank you so much , roll on next Tuesday !! Mike in Exeter UK xx
@@KoosjeKoene Thank you for your reply , Koosje , my home is probably the most sketched site in the world !! I have a small terrace which I access from my kitchen and if I can get there I will have a lot more subjects , I just need the rain to stop !!!!!! xx
Your work is always so full of joyful marks, so 🌟 🤩 After seeing you use it, I put a sailor fude on my Christmas list a couple of years ago. I love it. Thank you, as always Kooje ❤
Hi Koosje. How fortuitous you posted this subject matter today. I go out to draw and paint 2 or 3 times a week and bring way too much Stuff. My backpack gets so heavy with materials I don't use on that day.😂 Thanks for the tip on how to lighten the load. 😁🙏
This has been SUPER helpful Koosje!! I'm so excited to go outside to try this. I'm REALLY looking forward to taking your one day sketch class in May! I've already signed up too!! 🙂. I would LOVE to attend your Paris drawing group but I wouldn't understand seeing it's being taught in dutch. If you ever do another meet up in Paris though and it's in either french or english, I'm THERE!! Thank you so much for all your sharing Koosje!!
Loved this lesson. Great ideas. Feeling super charged to EVENTUALLY start. Greetings from a sunny South Africa. Why don't you visit my beautiful country. You will love it here. Lots to sketch. Table Mountain. Disa flowers at the bottom. National flower Giant Protea + Fauna & Flora. Climate super.😊
I think my minimal kit would consist of my Ackerman Zebra G fountain pen with waterproof ink, an Aquash waterbrush and either a Pentel Color Brush grey or my tiny watercolour set.
Totally worth 10 minutes time watching, listening to decision making/drawing process, whys and whats.
I hope you added another 10 minutes to draw in your sketchbook!

Excellent!!
That scene would overwhelm me. It is so good to see how you make it possible! Thanks!
Glad to hear that!
I highly recommend her book!!!
Thanks Aleesha!

Here's a wild idea: you could go on a mini-adventure inside your home and draw some kind of view inside!
You are not alone! I am bed-bound and love to explore places with Google and UA-cam. Sometimes I just paint from imagination.

The internet is FULL of live webcams and window views. You can travel the world!

You’ll enjoy this setup outside.
Teaching in French is not an option since my french sucks but a Paris workshop in English is not unthinkable
@@KoosjeKoene Yaaaaaaay🙏🏾🙏🏾😂...please think!😂

Totally enjoyed watching this 10 minute video, you make it look so easy. Thank you
Practice practice practice, is what makes it easier
Also!.. How does the Caran D'Ache Supercolor watercolor pencil compare to the "Museum" line? thanks!
I don’t know because I never tried the museum line
